  One thing good about this development is that it will not be blocked by HDB. Seen many nice condos however many surrounded by HDB. Imagine u paid a bomb to buy a condo and few years later HDB demolish the older HDB and build tall HDB flats towering over you! It is also easy access to AYE and PIE. Walking distance to MRT without need to wait for traffic lights. Rather big compound for only 300+ units. In lakeside district the future development, and a international school definitely potential in this place!

  Environment

  I like this condo as it gives a peaceful feel once you stepped into the compound. They have a big pool and a nice poolside which looks nice and cosy.
