Quiet, safe and comfortable
No noise pollution. Lots of car park space, nice pool and lots of food around the area -

Freehold condo in a convenient location witho
Well connected via a bus stop right in front of the main gate with downtown and circle MRT line interchange within 500m at Macpherson MRT station. Car transport to CBD is less than 15 mins. Back gate opens to 24 hours NTUC and Circuit Road Market and Hawker Centre providing good food for 24/7. Nearby Breadtalk IHQ building and 18 Tai Seng provides plenty of food and other options (Watson's, Optician store, Childcare, Bank branches, etc) The only lacking is a big well equipped gym. It already has tennis court, basketball court and swimming pool. Condo is quiet with church next door. -

Good and pleasant experience
Have been living here for some time. The best part of living here would be convenience, right behind is a coffee shop & 24 hr sheng Siong which is 3 mins walk. There are also couple of coffee shops and hawker nearby, breadtalk HQ, 18 taiseng all not too far. Food wise no complaints, even can go Paya Lebar area. Mrt nearest is macpherson 7mins walk. Not too bad. Facilities wise is good, with basketball court. Gym is a little small. Although the building is well maintained, it is not so comparable to the new condos with nicer lifts, pool tiles is abit old. Cheap MCST that comes with longer R&R activities. Overall super happy here anyway -

Le Crescendo
Unit layout is functional and those cabinets and flooring by developer are still standing strong after so many years. With Breadtalk and 18 TaiSeng nearby, food and groceries shopping (NTUC) are easy. There is even child care in BreadTalk building. From the back door, you gain access to Circuit Road Market and Hawker Centre within 5 mins walk. Macpherson MRT is within 500m and it is an interchange between circle and downtown line. Buses to the city is also right in front of the condo. Management is good as they kept the place clean and monthly MCST cost low. There is also EV charger installed. The only facility that needs upgrading is the Gym. The Condo is quiet and serene. Working at home is always pleasant with no disturbances. -

Noisy
Extremely noisy location. with all the constructions going around and the traffic from the main road.It even blocks most of the view. Nearest mall is 3 stations away...so thats a minus as well. -

New HDB flats right in front
The new BTO flats known as MacPherson Residency will be built right in front of Le Crescendo. These flats are all 20 storey high. All units facing south will be completely blocked by these new HDB flats. North and East facing units will not be blocked but faced the industrial and commercial estates of Paya Lebar and Ubi. West facing units will face the aging MacPherson estate and the afternoon sun. Other than the poor surroundings, the development itself is quite good. However, the rooms are extremely small with wasted planters and bay windows. -

Nice Place
We have stayed here for 3.5 years now. We really like this condo due to its excellent connectivity and extremely good design and maintenance. A must for couples and even for families with children. -

One of the most value money can buy
It seems to me that the 3 negative reviews of this property share similar views, in that it is near industrial areas and is very polluted. Also, they more or less left it at that and conveniently forget to mention the other perks. Now I am not suggesting that these 3 reviewers are the same person nor am I speculating that they are hired by the govt to attempt to drive the already heated property prices down, but I think they should at least provide a holistic feedback. I mean they mentioned that it is very well located, near MRT etc etc, and yet they can rate Transport Links as 1/5 stars. Suspicious isn't it? Put it this way, the areas around Le Crescendo are mostly commercial buildings (Making Le Crescendo the only residential property around - scarcity tends to favour the owners isnt it?). There arent any factories, plants or any pollution inducing lots around. Also, Le Crescendo is located along Paya Lebar Rd which is rather busy, however, extremely accessible. I have been living her for a good few months, and I enjoy spending my time on my balcony watching time tick by while enjoying the breeze. Noise? Pollution? Very good by Singapore standards I have to say. But I seems to me the reviewer wants a strategic location plus resort tranquility in Singapore. Perhaps 50 years ago? The positive points have been highlighted by the other (sensible) reviewers which I fully and wholeheartedly endorse, as I have been living here for the past few months (and I love it). The best advice anyone can give potential buyers/renters is that: come by and see this property for yourself. I dare say It's one of the best value for money condominiums in Singapore. -

Noisy, near industrial area,bad traffic etc..
This place is too noisy and dusty because it is near to industrial area and the traffic is so bad, jam everywhere.. -
