  Looking for a place to be...

  This place is too noisy cos of industrial parks... The air pollution is quite bad too and not advisable for kids... but convenient to MRT... Wun be surprise if the price for condo in this area to remain low..

  excellent place to live,very well connected

  one of the best places i have come across in singapore.very well connected to various places -airport,harbourfront,toa payoh,cbd-raffles,suntec,marine parade,ang mo kio,tampines-giant-courts-ikea,...all direct buses... Also accessability to PIE,KPE and ECP a blessing... with starting to new circle line at just 5 mins walking distance cant ask for more... very happy to be here

  Noisy and near industrial area

  This project is near industrial area and very noisy to live in although it is near MRT.

  Nice and undiscovered condo

  Le Crescendo is well located near the upcoming circle line and the future downtown line. In fact, Mcpherson station will be an interchange station for these 2 lines. The property is also close to the existing Paya Lebar station and Singapore Post shopping mall. This freehold condo has 228 units, neither too big nor too small. Existing plot ratio is only 2.5 when neighboring plots are at 3.5. Potential for future development though condo is currently only 3+ years old. The architecture of the building is unique and the landscape gives it a tropical resort feel with its turquoise colored pools. There are 5 pools in total and most units face the pool except those facing north. All units are on a north-south orientation and are windy all year round. The units are well designed and allowed light to enter the house making the units very nice and bright. Selected types also come with exclusive private lifts. Internal fittings are of "hotel-style" quality with build in hairdryers and telephone points in the toilets. SCV points are also available in every room, including the bomb shelter. The condo comes fully equipped with a tennis court, a multipurpose court and gym. The condo is also located near to good schools such as Maha Bodhi and the Korean school. This condo is popular with both locals as well as western and asian expats.
