Suitable for price point
a unit at Mi Casa in CCK costs about $1,600,000 to $2,500,000. nice vibe - family-oriented feels, and it is a short walk from Choa Chu Kang MRT station where there's also a bus interchange and Lot 1 mall. there is a park in front as well. generally, it is clean and well-maintained with interesting design feature on the facade (the colourful window squares) so it is quite recognisable from a distance. also, just a note that the carpark is kinda narrow and there's limited parking. do observe the rules if not security will clamp your car, that's all. -

low quality project
viewed a few units and in poor condition, yet seller still demanding for high prices above valuation. be warned, prepare to fork out big sum of money for renovation. end up bought another unit next door rainforest with better finishes and quality after just 1 viewing. -

Mi Casa has very generously sized 2 bed rooms thats ranges from 990-1119sf, quite a rarity especially in heartlands area. The 6 minutes walk to CCK MRT station, coupled with PSF below $1000psf -

Bad experience in micasa
Beware when you want to buy or rent this development especially the b towers, very noisy because they face the road. I was in shock when i moved in after renting for only about one week, there were so many cockroaches and ants. I am not sure if they are from the rubbish chute in the house. I supposed when you rent a unit, it depends on how “morally” right the landlord was in hidding all the faults. -

claustrophobic
new condo in a superbly convenient location. BUT...... i felt claustrophobic just walking around the closely squeezed blocks, and inside the apartments i could see into the neighbour's room and hall!! horror.... i bought a unit just 200m away at Northvale. What a breath of fresh air with nicely spaced out units and really LARGE living spaces inside and outside!! and still at unbeatable location 2 min walk to cck mrt, Lot One mall, eateries, new CCK park and bus interchange. -

Mi Casa
This condo is near to good schools (Southview, De Lasalle), MRT, shopping malls and parks - a location that is very difficult to match in any parts of Singapore. It is reasonably near to the new Jurong downtown, but will not be close to the industries. This will make this place ideal for living (compared to Jurong). The park just outside the condo makes this place a real gem - where else can you find a 10 ha park next to a condo? I predict those facing rainforest will see a price hike when the construction completes in about 1 year. This facing will have a nice condo view, no afternoon sun, privacy and quiet. This facing should be the most expensive facing in future. The private villa in this condo is also a unique facility and makes this condo stands out from the rest. -

Nice Place
Nice built condo. 1. Rooms designed in rectangular shape making it spacy and easy to place furnitures. 2. 3 Min walk to CCK MRT ad bus interchange. Also Bus 190 right in front of condo reaches Orchard. Quite convenient transportation. 3. Lot 1 and lot of amenities at CCK MRT. 4. Right next to CCK park which is under construction to expand. Once construction is complete, will be able to walk into park from Mi casa main entrance. 5. Nice greenery for Park facing units (West). 6. Plenty of wind for units facing outside. 7. Large valcony(Some would like it and some might not) provides shade minimizing sun. Especially South facing unit(Road) can enjoy almost no sun at all but still bright 8. Rainforest EC right next to Mi Casa selling at 760~780 psf. Mi Casa might increase once Rainforest is complete. -

Good Location
Mi Casa is selling at $900psf now, there is still room to increase to $1000psf as most of the suburban condo is launched at $850 to $900. Units facing the CCK park can fetch higher price as it has a beautiful greenery view. The best selling point is 3 mins walk to MRT & Lot 1. I like the private villa and the shelter BBQ pavilion. -

Just purchased a unit there, and cant wait to move in once completed. View is spacious, generous and soothing to the nerves, especially after a day work. Love the large balcony space. All rooms enjoyed the full splendour of the park view. The bad side will have to be the low quality furnishings. -
