Honest Review
I do feel the Mediterranean concept in the pool but not in the stacks, especially with the contrasting colour red and blue, almost giving me a headache everytime I look up. Units layout are good though, very squarish but come with el cheapo low end oven, hob, taps,etc though. Park Connector is good for joggers!! -

Quiet yet close to MRT and Bus Interchange
Good squarish design. Like the large balcony and Mediterranean theme. Close to the MRT, bus interchange, shopping mall and amenities. Quiet and beside a large park. -

Mi casa occupant who likes U-size condo,would appreciate the character itself. close to mrt,amenties,coming connector park stone throw away.Only minus is too close for comfort each other unit, the bbq area + resting area is superb for gathering compare to others more conventional way. prices on the high side,but S-11 is sufficient,shop around, -

MI CASA review
The price is getting unreasonable and ridiculous at this Chua Chu Kang area. In this area, the prices should not be so unbelievably high. For example, a 3 room costs $1.2 million dollars. Think about it, who would pay such a ridiculous price for this area? The swimming pool is not a decent size if you want to actually swim. It is too small compared to other condos in the vicinity. The landscape is rather compact. indeed, it is actually quite convenient however, i just personally feel that it is not worth it to pay such a price. -

My 5 cents view
Hi all, I went to Mi Casa last weekend for viewing. We went to the different stack in the development. This is my personal view:- 1) It is near MRT but not noisy, aleast I don't notice it passing by; 2) It is near a couple of primary and secondary schools; 3) It is beside a park and units facing the park will enjoy greenery but will also 'enjoy' the afternoon sun; 4) The units facing the east, apparently is empty land but will be the future EC; 5) The internal stacks enjoy the pool views and some may block from the afternoon sun, but air circulation is really a problem. Meaning, no wind; 6) I guess because this development is in Chua Chu Kang therefore the price is slightly lower than Jurong lake side new development. But the price is still raising, and is getting too unreasonable; 6) Every facing has its Pros and Cons, if I am given a choice I will choose the facing the east or facing the future EC; 7) As the saying goes, everyone has their needs, and I am just providing my 5 cents view. Just plain sharing, I am not trying to bring down the price of this property, if buyer is willing to pay the price why not :) -

Super Cramp
Is this an EC or a condo? Looks like an EC to me. Looking at the layout, I cant help wondering how can people live in such cramp environment. From one block, the opposite block is barely 10m, 20m away. It's so close that residents can toss their frying pans to one another. The swimming pool is so near to the blocks that one can just trip, fall into the pool and get drown. -
