Convenient & good privacy
My family & I have been staying here ever since we moved to Sg. One Fort is quite a convenient place. It takes about 5 mins to drive to Suntec & it takes my husband about 10 mins to get to MBFC. There are good childcares around the area too. You also get the lush feeling of being near East Coast Park. The condo has a lot of privacy as few people use the pool & other facilities. Only pity that the condo doesn't have a function room. The units facing the MBS is hot during the day (West facing), however the other units facing towards Parkway parade is fine. There is also a lot of air circulating the house once you open 1 of the windows. -

Hot and Noisy
Been living in One Fort for over a year now as tenant with my husband and 2 kids.My lease will end in a few months and I will be glad to get out of my unit. I can only give u 2 words. Hot and noisy. I'm on a high floor facing the indoor stadium. Hubby and I was very taken by the nice view when we first saw this unit. But the West sun is not joke. I'm a stay at home mum and the heat builds up to unbearable levels in the afternoon, peaking at 6.30-7pm. Its so hot I can't even sit in my living couch (curtain close) without breaking into a sweat. Unless you have the AC turned on all day, you will not be able to take it. The wind direction skirts along the whole building, missing our open windows totally. The walls are so hot even at midnight. There is just no chance for the unit to cool down before the sun rises again. The noise comes from the military plans and chopper that flies directly over head. Throughout the year, the planes will fly every other day sporadically from late afternoon peaking till 9pm. But the months leading up to National Day, the planes are everyday and even 9am in the morning. It so loud you have to shout to hear each other. Initially I love the location as it close to parks and not far from city. But now I can't wait to get out for the above 2 reason. If you can stand the heat and the noise, this condo is nice and quiet. Neighbours are friendly and quiet. Facilities are ok, but getting abit old. -

Not what it used to be.
Moved in over 3 years ago. Used to be a lovely and quiet place. But after Strata Mgmt changed around a year ago, place has gone downhill. Noticeably more renovation noise within the building and grounds not as well kept. A couple of buildings now in construction nearby as well. If you spend a fair bit of time at home, look elsewhere. We're moving out at the end of our lease. -

Excellent Location
Been renting a unit here for the past 1 year. I simply love it. As a foreigner, my husband & I wanted a place thats convenient for us to get about & after a hellish day in the office we want to come back to a home thats tranquil & relaxing. Heres my feedback. Excellent location, first ECP exit from Suntec/Marina Sq. Takes less than 5 mins drive to get to Suntec & another 5 mins to get to the CBD. Enjoy privacy as each unit is served by a private lift. Swimming pool is clean & not frequently used too. Some of the other developments along Meyer road/River Valley may have more facilities but they are also very much overused/abused. Higher floor units have a nice seaview too. Once you shut the windows, you will not be able to hear the noise coming from the roads. Previously we saw some units along Meyer Road that has a seaview & the noise coming from the highway is unbearable even with the windows shut. Across the road, there is a nice Katong Park, go into the underground pavement & you will end up at East Coast Park & my husband likes to go jogging/cycling there. Healthy living. I heard from my neighbour that eventually there will be a new MRT station located close by but still in pipeline. Overall quite a good place to stay at. We would want to continue living here if we were to continue to be in Singapore. -

East-West Facing
Location is good but lacked of view compare to nearby projects. 2 stacks facing HDB having evening sun, pretty hot in the day. Other stacks facing Fort Road a bit noisy and seller usually close all windows during viewing time. Recent drowning case may scare away buyer. -

Good location, full facilities, exclusive
Very good location, a 5 min drive to CBD/Marina Bay Sands and a 10 min walk to MRT station. Full facilities (rare these days!) and only 75 units, which gives it more peace n quiet, esp with private lift. Drawback is that the private lobby takes up living space and alot of expat rentals. would look for cap appreciation in view of upcoming sports hub near by. -

exclusive n private
Been around looking for a condo in this area but found this is the best as i like the transportlink ,is convenient,easy accessible, altho facing main road but inside is peace and quiet with private lift and unique design layout unlike the common square shape which often seen for most condo. I recomend for those who like a touch of class and private feel,this is not too bad with good view and full glass windows. -

Unscrupulous agent rigging prices
Beside the fact that some agents had been posting fake adverts or sales to rig the price of the property for whatever reason, the condo is quite a nice place to call home given the privacy and peace it provide. Even though it is located at the junction of a busy traffic, you hardly notice the noise from the inside. However, the layout of the unit seem to be flawed for the 2 bedders as the living and dining area are very narrow, -

Excellent Location
Fantastic location, Bright rooms, Windy. Private Lift, Only 79 units, very exclusive with Privacy. Nice Swimming pool, unlike crowded pool at big project on weekends. Excellent location and transportation [walking distance to Eastcoastpark, 5-10mins drive to Suntec, Marina Bay, CBD, Orchard, Airport, etc] Bus and Taxi easily available plus future Changi-Marina Eastline MRT. Residents can walk to the nearby Tanjong Rhu HDB housing for groceries, hawker food and other amenities. Excellent choice for home owners, expats rental. -
