Good proximity to city
Condo size is quite small, the private lift is very nice. Facilities are VERY weak with only a swimming pool and a tennis court. Overall I found the place to be OVERPRICED (rent and purchase) and with nothing really nearby to help with basic shopping (groceries etc) Would recommend for rental if you can get a good deal. Transport links are very good, and only 10 mins away from the city -
