Breathtaking views
You will be able to have unblocked views of Pandan Reservoir, Jurong Lake Gardens, Jurong East, Bukit Panjang, Bukit Timah Hill, Central Catchment Reserve, Clementi, and even some parts of town -

A very well maintained condo with clean commo
The premises of this condo is very well maintained. The floors of the common area..even the corridor are all very clean. The cleaners here do a very good job! The facilities are good! Olympic sized swimming pools. 2 long lap pools and a kids pool with multiple jacuzzi spread out throughout the condo on the ground floor.. the 5th floor roof garden… the 36floor roof terrace als has 2 jacuzzi. 2 minimarts just next door only. Shuttle bus takes you to Jurong interchange every half hourly! Lots of buses to choose from just behind the condo along the expressway. Park connector directly accessed from condo. Multiple schools within 1km like NAn Hau and Qifa. It’s always so breezy walking around this estate! Hardly have mosquitoes because the breeze is so good -

Nice Place to Stay or Rent
We moved in a few weeks ago after viewing available jnits here. I liked the low floor corner unit facing garden but my family decided on the pool view. Not much privacy as we face another condo and there’s noise when kids play at the pool. Should have gotten the garden view unit. Traffic noise was normal and bearable as it was low floor. At least there’s privacy and unblocked view. Close to good schools where our children study. Feeder bus to JE. very convenient! -

Garden View Makes Home Calm and Relaxing
My 3 bedder facing garden is just like having greenery at your doorstep. The traffic noise is just like living along any street in Sg. I am aware of this as this is my third home and so I can make comparison. View at sunrise from my balcony is PRICELESS. My family have breakfast there to enjoy the sunrise and garden view. Unlike what most people think, the traffic noise is just the same as anywhere else.. unless maybe you live on a high floor... Bedrooms are spacious enough and living room ceiling height is slightly higher than other new developments' non-loft units. -

Very happy staying at PR
PR is a very nice place to stay. It has full condo facilities and the 36th floor bbq and jacuzzi is my fav. You can host friends to have a jacuzzi and bbq party with very nice view. The garden at 5th floor is a very nice place to chill after dinner. My unit faces the reservoir and pool with great views and not noisy since all the constructions are over. Can also go evening walk or biking along the reservoir -

Beautiful views / excellent amenities
We shifted here in April 2022. The amenities are excellent, with two large sized swimming pools, a generous gum, various decks, bbq pits, basketball courts etc. Our unit is facing the reservoir so that helps as there is no noise from the Highway. The views are beautiful and its generally quite busy. If you need the shopping malls/ MRT at walking distance, this place is not for you. The condo has a shuttle bus to the Jurong MRT. Construction all around is over so now no noise. It has a good mix of nationalities and I like it that way. -

Very noisy place
One side is road and front there are 2 new building under construction. Not recommended with noise that you can't even hear your voice. -

Bird don't lay egg location ultra inconvenien
Very small units and made even worse with over sized balcony. The bedrooms are so small that after putting a bed there is barely space to walk. During my stay there, the kids practically have to do most of their things on their beds. Packing their school bags, playing toys etc etc. Inefficient layout. When my helper is cooking in kitchen. I have to ask her to walk away so that I can get in to get things from the fridge. The multi storey car park design makes the whole condo a bit low class and dated. The setup is like a normal typical hdb. If you don't drive please avoid this location. Because even you drive you might be too lazy to drive out to just get anything. Likely everything deliveroo or redmart. Now with newer developments next to them they appear to be the worst of the 3 condos -

Review On Parc Riveria
One of the earliest high rise 99 year leasehold mega condo that is built on government tendered land. Some units offer a good view of Pandan Reservoir. It is after all, very near to the Pandan/Teban estates. -
