Attention to detail
Each of my bedrooms is designed in a different style, which shows the developer’s attention to detail at Parc Riviera. The location is also quite good. West Coast Vale is an extension of West Coast Road. I got my kid enrolled into Nan Hua Primary School, just 1km away from our home. The proposed Pandan Reservoir MRT station will be the closest station to this development. When my kid is at school, I can relax with my friends at the spa pool, and even use the gymnasium as it is well-equipped with all the modern equipment. -

What variety!
When I was looking around for the right apartment at Parc Riviera, I was presented with 17 different unit choices from 1-4 bedders. I’m amazed by the variety of apartments here, and was also quite confused because even among the 3-bedroom apartments, I had different versions to choose from. We finally booked an apartment with a high ceiling because it creates a lot more space and allows for natural light to come in. -

Living the good life
We recently moved into Parc Riviera along West Coast Vale in District 5. It’s well connected via the Clementi MRT station and there are many good schools and amenities in the area. Clementi Mall is just five minutes away and West Coast market is also nearby. I also recommend The Catch Seafood Restaurant & Bar. I’ve enrolled my younger one into Clementi Woods Secondary School and my older son at Singapore Polytechnic. -
