Joo Chiat Address yet Parkway price
Joo Chiat address and is it still under district 15? Went to the showflat, bedrooms are so tiny that it can only accommodate a single bed and could not figure out how to add a study desk. Huge balcony + planter at living room, all bedrooms surround with planters!!! You have to spend a few thousands to fill up the planter HOLES with timber wood surrounding all the living and bedrooms!! Pools at ground floor and 14th floor, imagine the maintenance cost! and only 90 units to bear the cost. Yes, it is over priced. -

Highly over priced
Very expensive, as a investor I would consider getting a completed project first. Small development too ( 90 plus units) means compound will not be big and mainteance cost will be high too? And the MRT is a say say only, system MRT map is not even out yet ! Must reconsider and reconsider. -
