  Overhyped & overpriced

  First impression was good, but living room is generally small, unless extra renovation work is done to extend living room (using the balcony space) Nice column design (reminds me of Cosmopolitan) High floor units have relatively good views & are windy However, the location is overhyped, especially with so many other wannabes sprouting all over the place Despite marketing as District 11, it is really in the Balestier area which is a bit like Geylang but with less unsavoury elements Verdict: Can be a good buy ONLY if price is reasonable (should be around $1k- $1.2k psf mark for mid floors upwards) Can be considered to be central & near Novena MRT if you drive, otherwise walking will take you ages...
