Peaceful and spacious
I love Regent Grove for the space each unit has to offer. And its peaceful clubhouse, especially the study cubicles that are conducive for kids. Very peaceful and well-maintained development. -

The best condo Affordable and nearby Amenitii
This condo is very near Yew Tee MRT, very near the NTUC supermarket, near yew tee Point with many shops, eateries. Near big Park connector. Very friendly cycling environment. Living here for 3 years and loving it. -

poor management/security
Security personnel very unfriendly and rude. I was carrying heavy loads and they dont even allowed me to use the open gate because in their eyes it wasn’t a lot even despite me showing them my resident card. The way they treat our guest were also rude especially that security women. There is no designated area for guest who want to park their car for ahwile to drop off things for awhile. So petty and particular. Swimming pool also not maintained well and very plan and boring looking. In ofder to use the function room also need to pay so much . Using tennis court also need to pay. -

Some units' main doors can be quite close to
Some units' main doors can be quite close to each other. The walking distance from the multi storey car par to some of the blocks can be a tad too far. Better if they are basement car parks. -

Love the condo!
Rented here then decided to buy & stay. Well maintained facilities, clean & full of greenery, opposite Yew Tee MRT and Yew Tee Point with NTUC & shops (3mins walk), peaceful & quiet, friendly neighbor -

Been staying 6 years, myself, family & friends love it -3mins walk to MRT,hawkers,market & mall, right opposite -peaceful environment,kids & family friendly -clean,fantastic greenery,well maintained -

Ideal Home for Expatriates
I was once an expatriate in Singapore for over twelve years and have recently moved back to USA owing to my family commitment. I had stayed in a few condominiums before and fully understand the sentiments of expatriates having to move from place to place to hunt for the right place to stay in a foreign country. I would like to share my experiences here as I had been through all those hassles. I had stayed in Hill View (Upper Bukit Timah), Bukit Bataok and Yishun, and all of which I decided to change after a single two years contract primarily because these condominiums were either way too pricey or badly maintained. Over the past six years or so, I had been staying at Regent Grove as I simply loved its serenity and convenience. It is located only within 5min walk from Yew Tee MRT with easy access to supermarket, wet market, convenience store, etc. That was music to my ears as I love to cook especially over the weekends. I had been renting the same unit at Block 52 at the highest level among the few blocks at Regent Grove. My living room was facing the pool with the other rooms on the side overseeing the side where the park is. I had unblocked views and the place is indeed very airy and windy. The facilities (e.g. gym, swimming pools, etc) are very well maintained and being an avid sports person who frequents the gym and pool often this was really awesome. If you are looking for a place to stay, Regent Grove is an ideal choice. It would still be my first choice condominium should I have another opportunity to work in Singapore again. -

Ideal home for buyers and tenants
Regent Grove is a great place for living in Yew Tee/CCK area and I would regard it as the best among the rest. As it is located within a few minutes walking distance from Yew Tee MRT station, it is so much nearer to amenities such as Yew Tee Point shopping mall, wet market, etc as compared to other condominiums like Yew Mei Green, Quintet and Windermere. It does not have the high noise level you would experience with Yew Tee Residences of which is located directly above Yew Tee Point shopping mall and just next to the MRT track. I like the serenity and quietness of the surrounding environment at Regent Grove, and the facilities have been pretty well maintained (unlike what were posted earlier). The units at Tower B and B1 are especially superb with unblocked views (and very windy) and close proximity to the club house. It is a great buy for me and I would recommend you take a closer look at it if you are looking around for a unit in this area, be it for living or investment purpose. Cheers! -

Good Living, convenient location
Regent Grove is a gem with very good location situated near mrt(5 mins walk) but not so near that it is noisy. It is walking distance to shopping centre, food courts. For the units I've seen, most of the units are well maintained and good condtion. The facilities are not bad which inlcude a enclosed room with hot spa pool. I would strong recommended for family and those who want convenience.. -
