Worst possible maintainance
Very poor condo management and maintainance. Cockroaches and ants all over even in the swimming pool. Very poor security. Tennis court being charged unfairly. BBQ pits are too expensive. Worst possible condo to stay in Singapore -

Property Management
Condo management is very poor. Rules for tennis court usage is very unfair for residents. In addition to maintenance fees ( which is same amount as other condos), you have to pay S$8 per hour for usage of tennis court. Moreover, each flat can book maximum 3 hours per week. Although courts are free (idle),you can not use the court after you played 3 hours in a week. Although you bought that private property with more than 1 million, you will not feel that you own it because condo management established unreasonable rules. No action was taken even you suggest or complain. Due to poor management team, security personnel also can not work for more than one month. Most of the time, you will see new security every week. -

Great place
Hi, Regent Grove is a great place, it is very near Yew tee Mrt station(less than 5 min walk) and facilites abound. Opposite Regent grove are also a wet market, 4 foodcourts, NTUC, POSB banks, shops etc...where eating out or buying food from wetmarket to cook at home is not problem. It is also near the park connector where one can jog or ccycle. The place is very serene, with a centre waterfall and the gym is located at 2nd floor overseeing the swiming pool. It also has suana, steam room, spa pool reading room etc...A nice and convenient to stay. -

Good Living
We can only buy private housing, and viewed all from Warren, Yew Tee Residences to Quintet. Althou' Warren TOP 2004, it looks old and badly maintain, exterior walls are falling apart. YTR is new, but too small a development for any landscape and environment. After so many viewing, regent grove is near to all thing in Yew Tee (less than 5mins walk) not very much different from YTR, while it is big enough for some landscape and environment (like warren and unlike YTR). regent grove does not have too many units which to give me a private living environment (unlike yew mei green). And the management here has done a good job to keep it well maintain. Take a look yourself at warren and regent grove and you will find the difference instantly. 2 Bed Rooms unit are square, large master bedroom (can fit in a kind plus another single bed!) and spacious full windows living room. I agree that interior finishing is not exactly good from the developer, however, a renovation will fix that easily. Happy staying at regent grove now for 7 months now. -

regent grove
the place is developed by Far east, it is very near mrt but not so near that it is noisy, take about 5 mins walk to yew tee mrt station, with le lasalle school also within walking distance...shopping centre, food courts 5 mins walking distance. Due to its good location, notice that alot of rental units, so far I have seen those unit with owner staying, most of the units are well maintained and good condtion, the 3 rooms comes with 1 wc and 2 toilets, parquet flooring at bedroom, homogenous tiles at living room, matching ceramic tile at kitchen and toilet.. the place is nice and quiet, there is a centre place where water feature flowing in every direction very nice and good fengshui I heard..the facilities are not bad which inlcude a enclosed room with hot spa pool. strong recommended for family and thse who want convenience.. -

poor construction quality and congested
Quality of finishing and materials used are very very poor, and will result in a lot of wear and tear... also kitchens are toooo small and cramped, and dark with hardly any provision for natural light and there is just single light, so is very dark... Most of the apartments have noon sun, and that really makes the house very hot. Also, the waterfall in swimming pool is very noisy.. you have to keep your windows closed to keep noise out up till about 7-8th floor. Kid's playground is very small and congested, especially if there is a barberque... it is impossible for residents to even think about going through that way. Quite unsuitable for people with kids. No function room and very congested facilities. Also, car parking is far from block, so you have to drop off and park. Advantages are: close to mrt and good shopping facilities. Close to schools. -

Regent Grove
Regent grove is the "most value for money" condo available in the cck area, in terms of amenities and the proximity to Yew Tee mrt. Try looking at condos at other nearby mrts and you will realise that it is a gem waiting to be un-covered! -

Location
3mins walk to Yew Tee MRT, Yew Tee Point . choices of 3 food courts...many other eatery, restaurant and fast food. Primary and Secondary School at walking distance. (try driving your kids every morning? ) busting with life at Yew Tee Point, Quiet and peaceful at Regent. not forgetting the new bicycle track just behind the condo near to Quintet . Full condo facilities....but other condo might not have hot spa and sauna. -

Poor finishing and property management
Among all the condos that i have seen so far.. I must say that regent Grove has the worst quality and finishing. First of all, they provide homogeneous tiles instead of marbles flooring. Secondly there is no intercom and security is rather lenient in terms of vistors accessing the condo. Thirdly, the pool is really too small... -

Regent Grove
The facilities are good. Great ambience. However, many of the units have noon sun and with the drop-down window, the unit will be very hot. -
