Ris Grandeur
It is still quite new so external looks nice. Internal is standard fittings like most condo nowadays. But it is surrounded by HDB so dun looks exclusive Transport also not very near to MRT. I will prefer to look at Changi Business Park area for investment as the 4th university and new MRT station is there in 2015 -

Ris Grandeur
I have viewed the penthouse unit of this property. Exterior. As in all new condos these days, the landscaping of the poolside is nice. I like the colour of the condo, makes it look refreshing. Interior. Didn't chk if the living is real marble or not but the usual condo features such as parquet flooring are there. As the condo is not so old, hence interior is still in good condition. Overall, the actual liveable space is rather small as much is given to balconies, double volume ceiling and open terrace. My favourite is the dining room. It is next to a small balcony making it bright and pleasant to have family meals. My least favourite is the kitchen which is really small. I gave 3 stars for interior more for the space. I cant comment on the property management so I left it as an avg 3 stars. -

RIS GRANDEUR
My friend just moved in a few weeks back & I really like this condo. The site area is very big & these are so many type of swimming pool. The most special is that it have a "HOT POOL" . There are also a basket ball court, tennis court, function room, karaoke room... etc. lastly this is the only freehold condo in Pasir Ris. With the new 99 lease hold condo around like Livia, this condo price will surely go up to S$800/ sf ft. -
