The huge animal statues that line the entrance of this condo is amazing. But guess residents may get tired after some time. More than comprehensive facilities with a bowling alley as well. -

Great landscape, Good maintenance
Just moved in 3 months back. Pros: The ambiance is great. The swimming pools are separated, large and spacious suited for all ages. Convenient shuttle bus to Simei mrt every 20 min. Well maintained and good cleanliness. Spacious rooms unlike the new condos. Resort stay feeling. Cons: No in house grocery shop, walk to Melville about 8-10 min, the children play area is small. -

Big upside and big down side too
Upside:Landscaping, facilities, external ambience is spectacular. Even the real visiting wildlife that occasionally pops up is cool. Well maintained! The landscape architect should be awarded! Downside: Wow! So many! Horrendous unit layout - the architect should be shot! Btwn 4pm and 7pm, expect the common areas to resemble a premier to a Bollywood blockbuster...in downtown Bombay. an advantage if you're renting out a unit...never short of Indian FTs wanting to live there. Landlocked - even the charter bus service doesn't really help. -

Security problems
Any plans to change the condo management? I am thinking of getting a unit there but when i visited, the security was very rude and requested me to change my ID! I wouldnt want my guests next time to feel like some intruders. -

Security
Buyer's you might want to note that the security at this condo strictly requires non-resident to leave their Photo ID at the guard house for entry besides the usual process of taking down your car number etc Can understand the security concern but probably going overboard. Told the agent we not interested and agent said the practice was implemented due to security incidents - theft and break-in. Another point to note buyers. Security staff at the front weren't too friendly either and runs the place like fort knox. A point to note for the strata management - security practice is inconsistent. We managed to enter the complex without any hassle on a previous occasion (a few days back) by just saying we were dropping someone off. Having seen a number of developments in the east, this is our first encounter of such security measures. Getting common? -

A nature-lover's haven
My family, comprising two young kids and a dog, has been living in Savannah Condopark for more than 7 years and we love it. This is my sincere review in a nutshell. Pros: - beautiful landscaping outside, with many water features all over the compound e.g. waterfalls, little streams, koi pond, mock cave and volcano with slide amidst swimming pool, bronze sculptures of animals scattered within the compounds for young kids to discover. You'll get a different ambience at night, though just as idyllic. If you are a nature person, you will love this place. - there's a cosy two-lane bowling alley too - beautiful interior; we got a 1227sq ft place with full length windows along both sides our living room, so our house is always bright and breezy - lovely sunken bath - spacious rooms - very peaceful and quiet, with the sound of flowing water too, depending on which house you get; overall a wonderful place to come home to after a long day's work - reliable shuttle bus service - near East Point Mall - swimming lessons available for kids - special programmes e.g. Lion dances, mid-autumn lantern carrying - regular fumigation - newly painted Cons: - not a very ideal place if you own a large dog; you are only allowed to walk your dog around the perimeter of the compound on the driveway - few visitor parking lots - good intention of being Eco-friendly but pathways can be a bit dark for the elderly and young kids at night (not that we want them out too late, though!) - not much space to hang clothes out to dry, but it's easily solved with a dryer or retractable drying racks - tiny dustbin opening - no mini provision shop; the resident population is not large enough to support that - quite a long walk in Haven't come across any snakes here in the past 7 years, though I did spot an owl once! -

Snakes in savannah condopark
Till recently i thought it was a great place and was planning to buy a patio unit. However, a big snake (python 8ft) was found taking a stroll inside the condo!!! The Guards now are saying they see snakes in property every now and then!!!!!!!!!! I am out of here ASAP -

Awesome Condo
Great condo for the family. Nice big swimming pool, with wadding pool and water slide for smaller children. Great shuttle bus service to the MRT and very good upkeep of the condo. -
