  savannah - So so only

  It is 99 yrs condo only . I would rather invest in a FH condo next to it , the price difference is not much. The 4th university, new retail mall in Expo, new MRT are all along upp changi rd east . Investors make your choice right to choose condo along this road, will have better returns.

  Best in the heart of Orchard or Sentosa

  I was surprised to get into the condo..WOW WOW feeling to keep me in suspense in such a beautiful condo. Car park and lobby was great. Airy ,bright and easy to park too

  One of the most beautiful Condos

  I totally disagree with the review of the 4th and I am not quite sure if this was just to discredit the condopark as none of the ratings that were given seem to be fair (as you can see from all the other reviews). This condo may not be the closest to the MRT but using the rear exit you get buses very easily (e.g. to the airport or CBP) and there is a shuttle bus that takes you straight to Simei MRT. The facilities are very good, especially compared to other Condos. The management is struggling BUT there have been recent changes and things are certainly improving. Beautiful layout, spacious interior compared to other newer condos, lots of facilities and BBQ pits AND a bowling!!!

  What a beautiful place t live in !! One of the best design, I am very impressed with the 4 rooms and penthouse layout. I move to stay east from north just for SAVANNAH!!

  The Best Theme Park Condo in Singapore

  When you enter the main gate, like you enter the exclusive resort. See the animal statue, water fall, etc..And the best part is the giant swimming pool and bowling alley! The best for family to stay and living. many expat stay here. Good place to take a rest and enjoy your life. Just near PIE, exit 3B. Very near to Airport.

  Bowling Alley in a condo

  This condo got a unique facility, it got it's own 2 lane bowling alley. It's recreational facility is great, huge swimming pool unlike the small little pool that you cannot swim lap in other condo. lots of BBQ pit all over the place great for people who like to entertain guest. The only down side is it is a bit dark at nite and the animal statue with the limited lighting can be a bit scarry

  Savannah Condopark

  Very unique theme decor at public area. Full facilities incl full olympic size pool with separate jacuzzi and unique volcano decor, bowling alley, many BBQ pits but a small size gym. Favourites for those work in airport/east area. One of the best theme condo in Singapore.
