Apartment is ok, but not the residents or MC
Staying here for the sake of access to good schools nearby is the only reason for us. small community but a lot of first hand owners who are demanding and unfriendly with pre-mindset over the estates rules, use of facilities and even shared car parks. Cheapest Freehold estate along Shelford Region. Good for entry level buyer in Bukit Timah. -

Peaceful yet convenient city suburbs living
Fantastic location for families with school-going kids. Nanyang Primary, Raffles Girls Primary both within 1 km. Hwa Chong Institution, Hwa Chong International School, National JC all within 15-20 mins walking distance. Walk to TKK and Botantic MRT stations, nearby amenities like Coronation Plaza, Cluny Mall, Serene Centre, HillCrest restaurants, Adam Food Court. Leisurely stroll to Singapore Botanic Gardens. -

Within 1km to Nanyang and Raffles Girls Primary School. 6mins walk to Tan Kah Kee MRT, short stroll to Botanic Gardens. -

gym right next to security guard room
the gym is small and is right next to the security guard's room. running on the track machine or doing gym work while looking at the security guard is kinda weird. -

maintenance $
Seriously, if you are concerned about the difference between $300 or $600 maintenance fees, I think you are better off staying at Pasir Ris where the maintenance fees is low. If the maintenance $ in Shelford regency is low, it simply means the lack of facility and poor upkeep of the place. If we want to pay for a D9/10/11 price, we want a certain quality of living. It ain't happening in shelford regency. I believe the reviews simply explain the facts: lack of facilities poor maintenance old and poor quality. cheap maintenance does not improve the above facts. if the condo can't even fix their non-working main gate issue, that speaks volume. owners please accept the facts and try not to influence potential buyers with your distractions. -
