Mean LL, Noise
Poor sound proofing, Near several construction sites super noisy, oso can hear forklift noise from nearby container terminal. worse is LL who is money face refuse to allow extension so that we have amble time to move out and handover properly -

Choose a Quiet facing poolview unit, totally
Enjoy my stay at this development at quiet unit. Nice poolview. Very convenience location,there is Tanjung Pagar MRT station, local and international cuisines to choose, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, shopping mall, tennis court, 50 meters lap pool, gym, bbq pits........so many facilities. 73th floor is 360 degree panoramic view of islands and City. Recommended place to stay. -

Construction is very noisy
Avoid renting or buying this place at Skysuites@Anson, there are much better options out there. The condo facilities are old and poorly maintained. The condo is surrounded by 2 ongoing constructions right in front, 6 days out of 7 days a week you will be hearing the drilling and pilling sounds, which can be really disruptive and too loud for you to take a zoom call meeting. Fuji Xerox Tower in front only just started the pilling construction. In the daytime, you will not be able to open the windows as the construction sound is non-stop and loud. The tennis court is always booked and very hard to get a slot. The brand of the kitchen appliances Blomberg that came with the units are no longer in Singapore, hence there is no service centre for repair. -

Avoid this place like a plague
Always noisy, goodbye sleep: You can hear noisy renovations on other units 12-15 floors above/below your unit. Also, there are two major constructions happening outside and since windows were poorly made there will always be a lot of noise. Pricey to maintain: The developer of the building is no longer in business so if there is any issue (doors, kitchen, window) you'll have to pay $2k-$3k for a specialist to fix. Some units also suffer from mold problems and the landlords dont want to pay. Old Facilities: The jacuzzi on the 72/56 are not properly maintained. You can see the wood creaking and the tiles falling out. Some friends have gotten serious cuts. -

One of the tallest condo with 71 floors. High density considering having 360 units in one single point block. Typical of condos in this area, it enjoys great amenities and has a big catchment of expats for investor owners. -

Iconic Condo in a 24/7 Happening Location
Open sky gardens at 72th floor, Awesome Sea and city views. Surrounded by eateries showcasing local and international cuisine. MRT nearby. A happening place Day and Night. Best for singles/couple -

Vibrant & exciting location with a mix of old and new Singapore for food, clubbing, surrounded by malls and hotels, MRT Mesmerizing sea views & windy. New management. Units best for singles/couple -
