Tranquil and quiet
Transports are pretty convenient, where there are 4 buses to downtown line - beauty world station. Beautiful greenery and quiet surroundings. Great place for those whom appreciate such environment. -

Too Many Tenants
Very small core of actual owner-residents. 90% are tenants and they leave the place in a mess. Litter everywhere, if you are using the car park, prepare to wear a mask, because the rubbish chutes go to the car park and there are cockroaches and rats. Good thing is that it is well-connected to Beauty World MRT and transport links are good. But overall the condo is very tired, maintenance is poor. Needs a lot of work. -

Worst Condo in Beauty World Vicinity
Springdale condo is one of the worst condos in the Beauty World area. Poor maintenance, everything is leaking and there is spalling concrete everywhere. The pool does not drain properly and if you intend to use what is essentially a septic tank to swim, make sure you wear shoes because the tiles in the pool will cut you. Neighbors are rude and noisy. Algae and cockroach infestation due to poor maintenance. -

No sheltered pickup-drop off or temporary ent
The condo lacks a sheltered pick up/drop off and the management doesn’t even allow taxi/cab/lorry to enter basement car park for pick up/drop off/house moving. It is very hard to move heavy things in and out of the condo as you have to push them manually for a long distance from the outside visitor parking area without any shelter, to get to the lift lobby. It gets worse and painful when it rains. Imagine you have a baby or carrying something heavy and you have to walk in the rain to get to the lift lobby coz there’s no sheltered pickup/drop off or access to the basement car park. The management only cares about the owners with cars. Other residents who are renting and don’t own a car must suffer. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU DONT OWN A CAR. -

Luxurious hillside condo near localised delig
Bukit Timah Springdale is one of the rare condos located just next to Bukit Timah Hill. I enjoy the fresh oxygen jogging at Bukit Timah Hill early in the morning with my friends and family. There's also nearby good localised food at the hawker centre and top schools nearby. Highly recommended! -

Beautiful environment blessed with fresh air
A rare find in today's concrete jungle of Singapore, you get a real forest right at your backyard. Well spaced out buildings with good airflow that circulates fresh mountain breeze into your home. Hume station MRT complements well connected bus network to city within 30 minutes. Cheong Chin Nam food street offers wide selection of local and international cuisines. Three shopping malls in vicinity provide daily marketing convenience while Bukit Timah hawker center is just three bus stops away. -

Excellent Nature Healhty Living.
Excellent transport links to every corner of the country. Keep fit at Bukit Timah Hill and Bukit Batok Nature Park climbing trails. Newly opened Rail Corridor just outside condo. Many eateries nearby at Cheong Chin Nam rd. -

Close to nature parks, busy entrance and exit
Key advantage is full facilities and proximity to nature parks. Park-facing units are quiet. Because the main entrance and exit open up onto the main Upper Bukit Timah road and run parallel to the park connector, one needs to be careful getting in and out. There is usually a security guard stationed at the gate in the mornings, to make sure that cars coming out do not knock into anyone running/walking/cycling on the footpath. -

Condo for nature lovers
Next to Bukit Timah hill. A short bus ride to KAP mrt. Nice condo project but Managing Agent is very slow to get things repaired. -

Near Bukit Timah Hill - great for nature love
It's a nice and quiet condo for nature lovers. A convenient bus ride to the KAP mrt. However the MA is extremly slow in getting things repaired which can be frustrating. -
