  We love Springdale for the lush greenery and large internal landscape that our kids can roam freely and play. Friendly entourage of security guards and gardeners. Fresh air from Bt Timah Park

  Was marketing a 4 bed room unit that has dual entry- one main door and another through the kitchen. Find this concept rather lovely. Sad that one usually can’t find in most condos nowadays

  To buy or not?

  came to condo due to its cheap rentals in 2017. The condo is aged and most units don't face the pool. Mosquito breeding is endless and sitting by the pool and getting bitten 20 times in a few minutes is normal.Have to keep windows and doors closed most times...its hell after rain. So many foreign tenants take up the pool area and are loud and bossy. Taxi cant come thru main gate at BT and need to go a big round. Morning jams outside and only can book taxis to go work....management sucks. Sorry but cant wait to leave this place and rent elsewhere with my family.

  really pleased

  2 bus stops away or 7min walk from MRT, 24hr food choices, supermarkets, tuition agencies, pubs and even decent massage parlours. units layouts are regular shaped. common areas and facilities are well maintained for a condo its age. maintenance charges are ok. plenty of families living here. really pleased to have gotten a unit here.

  Residents not allowed in Taxi from front gate

  This condo is good for those who want to be close to nature. The bukit timah reserve is just 5 mins walk from the back gate. Some units are bit cramped though. The biggest issue is that the residents using a taxi for commuting have to go an extra over 1 km to enter the condo as the management does not allow residents using the taxi to enter from the Upper Bukit Timah entry unlike the residents driving in. This is inconvenience on time and money specially during peak hours. Difficult to get taxi during morning hours as taxis do not want to enter the back hendhede walk entry due to traffic on UBT road.

  even hdb has better design

  feels like older style hdb but smaller and crammed. no place for kids to wander because of crammed design.

  nature condo

  unique location at the foot of bukit timah hill. Hill facing units have great ambience but road facing ones are very noisy and the difference is akin to that of day and night. Project is priced higher than neighbouring southaven condo's. Is less blocked than above by the Raintree condo and Springdale has two car exits meaning you have a chance to avoid the jam at the junction just after Hindhede road depending on where you are going. Tennis + squash + badminton is most unusual in terms of facilities. Great place to reside if you love nature. Hill views are as good as you can get in SIngapore.

  Well Kept Property

  Lots of greens in the compound and very well kept. Living space is sufficient for the population within. Future development around the area is bringing in more excitment.
