Great Location !
Went to see several units in this project . There are basically 2 facing . You either face the highway or the landed . Don’t ever choose the highway facing even if the rental is low . You will regret it ! Is dusty ,and noisy . We rented an apartment facing the higher because of the cheaper rent . I can compromise on peace and quiet for the price . I was totally wrong ! Have to keep all windows close during the day because of the noise and dust . Totally regretted my decision . I went to my neighbour unit facing the landed . Is so peaceful there . No noise or dust . Is just like heaven and hell . Should have just pay a little extra for the better facing unit . Otherwise this project is great with the biggest gym ever , 50 m lap pool , gd security, Fairprice & mrt just 5 & 8 mins walk away -

you can find a quiet place if you find a apartment not facing the expressway , good facing the landed area with no afternoon sun it will be a perfect place to live in , good pool , big gym area where not many condo can offer now , walking 8 min to MRT station is not a big issue. -

Great find in overheated property market
Rare find for a freehold property with full condo facilities at the given price. Location is not too far from MRT (11 mins walk) with nearby NTUC only 5 mins walk away -

Lovely pool but hot and noisy
Rental is good idea. It is cheap to rent but expensive to buy. We want to either buy or rent but found this place to be 1.3k over psf for studio! For that price can get many other studios nearer to MRT in a better location. Rental is fair price but just wondering how landlords make money back. Pool is great, 5 stars for pool but other facilities not limited. The highway is hot and dusty and noisy. -

some ground floor units are not much levelled up, but they do come with good size patios. -

inconvenient location
Rented a unit there. Not ideal for family with young children that rely on public transport. The walk from the train station is definitely more than 10 mins and its not sheltered most ways. Too hot to walk under the afternoon sun and worst when heavy rain. My unit is facing the highway and the noise is distracting, Really bad. Need to turn on air conditioning the whole day else the kids can't concentrate on studies. Now i understand why the rental is much cheaper. Will move out once my lease is up. Can't wait. -

noisy and super warm
went to view a mid floor unit facing PIE in the afternoon. The noise is deafening and its really oven baked warm with the afternoon sun heating up the unit... terrible air quality with all the exhaust fume from the constant streams of vehicles on PIE. common area quite run down.. will give this place a miss. -

Noisy
Went for a viewing a while ago feeling hopeful that perhaps the noise would be okay. Saw two units facing the expressway. The noise from the expressway is definitely very noticeable (bordering on loud) and the only way to keep it out from the units is to keep the windows and doors closed. You can't even enjoy the pool as it is right next to the expressway. The common areas also look worn out. -

Worthwhile investment for renting/sale
Starville is located in the peaceful and uncrowded estate of Kembangan. Unlike other properties in the area, the sale/rental prices for Starville are reasonable. Being freehold, it is a worthwhile investment. Nice Neighbourhood: The estate is great for families with children as there is a running track, field, playground, and community centre in the area. It is also located along the park connector network for those who enioy cycling or running. Available Facilities & Helpful Staff: Starville has a gym, swimming pool, tennis court, BBQ pits, and also an observatory, which makes it unique. Maintenance fees are not high, and facilities are also uncrowded unlike some developments which have too many units sharing facilities. The security guards and amintenance office personnel also take their work seriously, which ensures that residents' needs and safety are well taken care of. Accessible Location & Convenient Amenities: For those who drive, the PIE and ECP are easily accessible, via Eunos/Chai Chee, and Still Road. For those who take public transport, Kembangan MRT is only a 10 minute walk away. There is an NTUC and a Neighbourhood Police Post within a less than 5 minutes walk. Bedok, Eunos, Siglap, Katong, and Parkway Parade are all within a 5-10 minutes drive, without having to live amidst the crowded spaces or worry about squeezing onto the MRT. Peace & Quiet: Those with more sensitive hearing may be concerned about noise levels from the PIE. My advice would then be to check it out for yourself as most residents do not notice it at all. Else, select a unit facing the landed estate, which has lovely views all the way towards East Coast, with a nice breeze. It also beats staying near crowded areas or an MRT station as I have lived in both of such areas before and noise from the bustling pedestrians and also the MRT station is much worse. -

All in one facility
At the price, amenities and facilities this is a best buy! even units facing PIE the noise is bearable after few days its almost not existing, best time to invest in this condo as price is just right! -
