The whole condo is facing the super noisy expressway and there is no escaping from the road noise 365 days a year. The facilities are not well taken care of and having to park your car with a steep sloping carpark basement isn't helping at all. There are many freehold properties without amenities but at least they are peaceful and quiet. This condo has no amenities and the noise levels are deafening. There is a looping bus service and MRT is quite far away. Seriously not good for investment and even owned stay.

Worthwhile Purchase
The development is just 10 minutes walk away from the Kembangan MRT and few minutes drive from Siglap, Parkway Parade and East Coast Park.
I have a quiet facing unit and enjoyed the full facilities of the development. It is an ideal location without the frenzy of the traffic at still road and changi road. Furthermore, the quality of the finishings are good.
This is a place i can call long term home and also good for investment due to proximity to MRT and is a freehold development. The well maintained facade and facilities will help to preserve it's value. The maintenance fees are very reasonable compared to apartments.

I find that the development is tucked away at a very quiet area of kembangan but yet within walking distance to the mrt. With Siglap and East Coast within minutes, i find that it is very convenient to stay in this estate.
WIth the full condo facilities only shared by 200+ units, the mainenance is not high as compared to the apartments in nearby vincinity. Further, the pools are seldom crowded and i love the well equipped gym.
Overall, i find that iI am lucky to purchase a very good FH buy in a good area with convenience and quietness in this current market.
