Review
Pros: Great location, nearby supermarkets & malls. Cons: near the highway & very dusty. Walls are thin; it’s noisy at the master bedroom for lightsleepers. construction ongoing adds to dust and noise. -

Bad choice
Good layout however management never fixes the elevators they are always broken! Or under repair! Also note the fire lift 9/10 times is the lift you will be using because the elevator buttons are not designated/separate so many occasions movers in nice lifts with ac and you are stuck with fire lift. No security they are normally sleeping at night. -

Beautiful loft living
We have lived in this condo for over 2 years and have had a wonderful experience. Although the development is slightly aged, the condo and facilities are great quality. This development has one of the best locations in Novena, about a 2 minute walk from United Square and only 5 minute walk from the MRT. Additionally, since it is located on side street the environment is very quiet and peaceful for city living. Although facilities are somewhat limited compared to newer developments, the swimming pool is large and clean, perfect for lap swimming. Also the wading pool is safe and perfect for small children. Management and security staff have recently changed, and they have been doing a stellar job. Highly recommended for singles, couples, and small families. -

Good condo
I have lived in this condo for 1 year. Despite that it's slightly aged, this condo is of good quality. Facilities are limited. Pool is not crowded. Layouts of the units are generally good. It's a good choice if you would like to live closer to CBD and Orchard. -

Not recommended
The condo is slightly aged, but they do paint the wall regularly, but you can't help but notice some cracks on the walls and near the door frames inside the apartment. Security is almost non-existent. Although there is a security guard, they never question or ask you whether you stay in the place. Basically anyone can walk into the building. The pool is small, and there is no BBQ pit. Overall, don't expect much of common space, as it's a small condo. The only pro of the condo is probably the proximity to the MRT station, but you could get that at a better price. Overall, I do not recommend this condo. -

Super view from high floor!
A loft room is quite rare in Singapore. I and my wife were looking for one and we decided to rent Strata. 5 mins walk to MRT. Cold Storage and mall are just opposite. VIew is very nice if you can get high floor (i.e. 20th or above). -

Best Loft
I've been looking to lease for loft units, which in fact not too may around... From what i've seen, Strata is the best in town, from built to facilities though the only thing lacking is a tennis court. Apart from that, Strata is strategically and conveniently located across the malls and offices and the MRT. Not to mention that the views are superb with no afternoon sun. -

Overpriced
Good location and reasonably well built. But for a development with such limited facilities , it is over-priced at 1400-1500psf. comparisons are made to the newer and more prestigious development ...but being a older development with less facilities, it has to be 10-15% cheaper to make sense. View is nice because of full glass facet but the view is nothing unless you are 25th floor and above and facing city. single side road leading in and single direction going out. Cars parked along the road and the school next to it maybe a problem for drivers. else the MRT is just 3-5mins walk away. -
