First Class Loft
Even though this is a 3-year old project, the quality is still impeccable. All units have a north-south orientation, with stunning view of the city centre. Location, Location, Location. Strata has the best location in Novena area. It's extremely quiet and restful for a place in this area. -

Perfect City Living
Excellent location, just 3-5 minute walk to Novena MRT. My wife conveniently buy grocery from Cold Storage just opposite the condo. High-floor loft design with unblock view makes room bright, yet no direct hot sun as the building faces north-south. For those who love low density living, Stata is perhaps one of the best choices in this area, especially for a single or couple. However, may not be a preferred choice for big family living. -

No full facility
No tennis court, estate size too small, loft unit usually has much smaller physical usable area than what is stated on paper. -

Strata
Superb location, opposite United Square where Novena MRT is. Facilities incl a reasonable length lap pool, children pool, gym and BBQ area. Another good point about Strata is the ample parking spaces. -
