Nice quiet living in a prime location
Very quiet and convenient place. The lifts and place are properly maintained. Enjoy living here as it is near downtown area. Shopping, dining and amenities are just stone throw away. Hence there is no parking lot for residents but I am ok.. Landlord maintains its unit well so there is no problem thus far. -

Prime location
Been living here for 2 years, building has water seepage in the walls. outdoor planter decking collapsed due to poor construction and aging from constant sun and rain. Pain in the ass aircon to do maintenance as it's ducted and in the ceiling and not conventional ones. Condo only has a pool and bbq pit but bbq pit is never maintained while pool is only cleaned once in awhile. Be prepared to get fat as there's an abundance of excellent food options in the area. Neighbours are commonly foreigners and migrant workers who may not stay more than a year. Convenient location in city outskirts, 30 minutes commute to work. Wouldn't recommend the place to anyone because the good location is marred by the constant pain in the ass when it comes to quality of living and upkeep. -

Excellent Location and well maintained
This place is just next to City Square Mall and Farrer Park MRT, therefore dining, shopping and watching movies is just 2-3 minute walk. There are also many buses available. Extremely convenient location!! Place is quiet and well maintained. -

Just good location and room layout
Overprice for a small project compared to nearby full facility condo like Citysquare Res or Kerrisdale Pool cordoned off - not sure if it's because Covid restriction or simply broke down Lift door didn't close properly Front door didn't open properly -

Location and nothing else
I've lived here for 4 years so trust me when I say I know this place. The only good thing is location. that's it. Parking? bad, almost nonexistent. Facilities? small pool with no privacy and not even available half of the time. Intercom? constantly broken. Elevators? loud and squeaking and get stuck on 1st and 6th floor so have fun climbing the stairs and finding the garbage chute in the dark room at the bottom. Units? Plumbing problems, thin walls and ceilings, built in AC unit that is old and hard to fix or clean, loud if you are facing the alleyway. Last but not least, Management. They constantly moving trash outside building and then they install camera on each floor to make sure no leaves anything in the hall or they throw away. SKIP THIS PLACE -

Great location, nearby amenities and serene
Despite there are only a swimming pool and a bbq pit, this condominium is compensated by a great location, its only 2+ min walk to the City Square Mall and Mrt station, therefore amenities and city living are only a stone throw. Although there is an Indian temple a few roads away, this condo is surprisingly serene and quiet. The place is clean, ventilation is good, interior is well maintained. Walls of the building is old and worn out, however, repainting will commence in 2018. -

The design n fittings of the interior are slightly higher quality and sophisticated than most condos in district 8. More emphasis on design. -

Bad Parking with Limited Facilities
This apartment looks old and the parking system is rather inconvenient given that it is mechanical parking system. This apartment has limited facilities and view. I think the opposite condominium Kerrisdale would be a better choice given it provides high unblock view, bigger size, lower psf and more international community. -

Small project but very convenient
I have been renting here for 6 months now. I rented one of the bigger apartment which offers great ventilation and unblocked view. It is a very small project, nicely tugged in a corner. Yet it is beside the mall and the train station. Certainly appreciate the convenience. A great place for singles or young couple. However, if you enjoy recreational facilities, this apartment only has a small pool and 1 BBQ pit. The building does look a little dull, but well...for me, it's the interior that matters more to me. -
