Too many people buy into new projects without acknowledging the importance of a good developer. These small time developers like to set up a 'sister' companies with every new project and you cannot associate them with any of the dubious projects they had built previously. C'mmon, only a handful of tenants and owners will swear off those developers after experiencing the negatives. The vast ignorant will still buy from them.
