As aged as its area
Even though this project only TOP 2 years ago, it looked like it had been ages since then. The paint work is running off, the water seepages are clearly in sight. It gonna look as old as Flanders Square which is just opposite - in another couple of years' time. Another lousy project by a developer who cannot care more. Too many people buy into new projects without acknowledging the importance of a good developer. These small time developers like to set up a 'sister' companies with every new project and you cannot associate them with any of the dubious projects they had built previously. C'mmon, only a handful of tenants and owners will swear off those developers after experiencing the negatives. The vast ignorant will still buy from them. -

Exceptional good freehold (280meter) to farrer park mrt. Big city square mall to shop. Just TOP, and confirm can secure tenancy. Yield vs price at high %. Good investment! Price will appreciate as city sq residences(studio) ask $1600+psf. Tap on low interest currently at 1.2 %(singapore). Two IRs just opened in SG. Despite apartment status, look at some of condo land nowadays are small & density are high. -
