Tiny development
It's right next to the Rail Corridor, so it's good for nature lovers. The entire development is small, though, and so are the units and facilities. Seems to have been built with rental in mind rather than own stay. -

Facilities are a bit lacking in both varieties and size. for its price and quantum, the location is not too bad, 999 leasehold is a plus. Overall, the exterior design looks a bit dated for its age. -

No windows?
That explains why the penthouse /duplex units have no rental demand. Must be super warm day and night. -

Hard to justify. Better choices around
Having stayed here for a while, I will try to be objective. Interior: The workmanship is quite decent. However the layout is really quite bad and rooms really tiny. This is the only development I know where the penthouse master rooms have NO windows. You either have air conditioning on 24x7, or keep the sliding doors open when you sleep. But you will have to accept possibility of strangers or guards walking into your room since the terrace doors cannot be locked. Also, prepare to be baked in the day if you happen to stay in a penthouse unit, since there are no windows or air vents to allow hot air to escape from the stairs or roof. Frankly it is worse than west sun. Environment: There's a main road + flyover in front of the block and a major highway behind (albeit further away). So if your unit is either side facing or front facing, you will have to be prepared with dust and 24x7 noise. If your unit face the rear, then it is slightly better, though the noise is still audible and dust accumulates too. You can discount the pool, considering it is only about 15m long. The gym has a treadmill, a universal trainer and free weights. Transport: There is a bus stop right in front of the development, so getting to town is not too bad. Getting back is another story though. The nearest stop when getting back is a good 15 mins walk through heavy traffic fumes. Driving is similar. There is an exit from PIE highway that brings you to the condo in 1 min. But getting on the highway, you will need to do a loop, or contend with the very congested Dunearn Road or worse Clementi road. Amenities: The nearest supermarket is 5 min away, if you jay-walk. If you abide by the law and walk, then it is a good 15 mins up and down a very long and far overhead bridge. Basically too near to drive and too far to walk. Same applies to the hawker centre. Verdict: If you like the area, consider Garden Vista next door with bigger rooms and better facilities. -

Super lousy location
This place is constantly in a very bad jam. There is a lot of traffic noise even in the middle of the night. It is impossible to sleep if you are a light sleeper at all. Furthermore, each time u sleep, U will be rudely awakened by the exhaust sound of a modded car racing across the highway! In addition to noise pollution, air pollution is another big issue. I am skeptical of even opening my balcony at all times due to the exhaust from the car jam outside the condo. During peak hours, I am glad if I can get out of the road in front of the place in 20 minutes due to the bad jam. The pool is only big enough for 1 persons to swim at a time. It is more like a large water tank rather than a small swimming pool. The gym only have 1 treadmill. A solitary treadmill... and that is a pathetic excuse of a gym. Some units have water seepage problems too. Not a good buy. -

Great Place to Stay!
A nice resort feel place to stay in CENTRAL area with lots of greenery! Bukit Timah Plaza is just across the road and Food Market is just a few minutes walk away. Bus stop is just outside the development. Potential Price upside with two MRT stations ready in 2015. What more can anyone ask for? -

Unblocked view facing greenery
I am currently staying in a duplex unit facing the greenery. Unblocked view - marina bay sands and city view from the private roof patio. Low density estate , very tranquil and hardly do I see more than 1 person swimming in the pool. You basically have the common facilities to yourself, and the pool is ideally locatedvat the roof top with excellent view. Not forgetting that the green corridor project is right next to it. Though the pool may not be as large as those high density condo (its 20m lap pool) , you get the privacy you need. One of my bedroom has the bukit Timah hill view. It's also well connected in terms of public transport given that the bus stop is just twenty steps away with many different bus services connecting to town , harbor front , marina , china town , toa payoh etc . Bukit timah plaza is just a stone throw away. Within 1km to MGS and Pei Hwa. I am glad I don't have to draw my curtains or leave my blinds down at all my windows cos its unblocked - no cluttered feeling compared to high density developments where the units are facing each other . City living is possible with unblocked view and privacy -
