  Good potential gain.

  Staying at the 2 br facing the road. Love the pool of this project. It feel like a private pool.

  Beautiful Condo

  Greenery Facing Bus and amenities just walking distance away from the apartment. The price is also cheaper than the new launch nearby, I think i have have made a good choice with a lot of potential gain.

  Near highway but not noisy

  I have stay at the penthouse for few months and it is quiet and cosy. Suitable to couple and small family. Facing the greenery and unblock view due to landed property. Foresee future potential gain as other new launch around the area are selling at a very high Psf. Amenities also nearby this area. Walking distance, maybe like 5 min? Love this unit I staying.

  Worthless

  Near highway, super noisy. Small land size, super low ROI to no ROI. Worst than leaving in HDB!
