Summerdale
Summerdale is an executive condo and is very near to Boon Lay food centre and market. Penthouses come with beautiful roof top gardens. Once can take a slow walk to Jurong Point Shopping Centre and Boon Lay MRT station. It is convenient and yet relatively quiet in tis locality, especially for units facing away from the main road. Nice condo facilities and efficient layout, its quite an attractive place to stayIvory Height -

An impartial review of Summerdale
I have been a tenant in two apartments in Summerdale for a total of 3.5 years. One the whole I found it to be a reasonable condo. The location is average, short walk to a large hawker centre, but it is more comfortable to take a bus to the MRT station or Jurong Point. The apartments are fairly spacious, can fit a queen bed into any of the rooms in the 3 bedroom units I have seen. Also has a proper shower in the en suite as well as a separate bath. The build quality of the apartments is average for what I have seen in Singapore. The facilities are not great for adults, the main pool being quite small and plain, but the children's pool is good, with lots to entertain them. It would have been nice if the lifts went down to the basement car park level, but they don't. On the whole it is a reasonable condo provided taking into account that it getting to be a few years old now. It's good if you prefer a larger apartment with less facilities, rather than the newer condos with tiny apartments but better facilities. -

SUMMERDALE IS A WINNER !
Facts & data tells it all. As shown in the Straits Times dated 19/Jun/12, Summerdale is listed as the TOP 3 performer condo in suburban area. Congrats to Summerdale's residents, you'd bought a well sought condo that is why the price had jumped from S$365 to S$689 psf as reported in Straits Times! Hooray. -

YUCKS!
This isengshui to be near a fire station. By far the worst condo I seen. I think my 5 years HDB look better than the condo interior and exterior. It is also a taboo in Feng shui to be near a fire station. Heehee no wonder so many fire sales.. I just wonder what happen to all the plants? all dying and the soil is filled with rocks. Strange Place and definately a NO NO -

best for the price
i am living in summerdale for 10 yrs. Its is real convient and this house are like point block ur own privacy.The price that u offer is close to hdb but u have a nice resort style condo with all the facilities,swimming ,jacuzzi,steam, sunna,tennis, karoke,all in working condition what more u need.i been to some other project asking more and do not even have full facilities and more worst not in working condition.Price should go up for summerdale.Its reallay a resort condo with convience and style. -

Seller begging to let go
I think needless to say anymore. Other projects within area is mkting like hot cakes but Summerdale seller is asking for my best offer. Lol... Step into Summerdale and you will know why.. I am not blaming the residence but the poor condo management. Look at the pool pictures in Guru! -

A cosy and affordable condo in the west
I bought this condo because I found it the most cosy and affordable condo in the west. 3-minute walking distance to Boon Lay Shopping Mall and 7-minute walking distance to Jurong Point & MRT are the main reasons that attracted me the most. The layout may not be so fantastic but the location is the most important. Except the above attractive points mentioned, this condo is also not to far from lakeside which will be fully developed into a tourist attraction in the near future. It is also not too far from Jurong Gateway. The rental yield of 5% is also another reason why I bought this condo. I feel that the management has to implement more stringent rules on security control. Outsiders not belong to the residents of this condo should be stopped at the guardhouse for an exchange of IC or driving licence before they are allowed to go in. -

Good Investment
Bought 2 years ago. Pro. -Clean yards. -Security has been improving compare to 2 yrs ago. -Nice pool for kids. -Close to Jurong Point. -Bus station can be accessed from the basement of the building. CON -An access to bus station should be ground floor for elderly and pregnant women. -An elevator does not access basement car park. -entrance gate needs pedestrian side road. -

Summerdale is a Gem in the West
Summerdale is a condo that has full condo facilities, low maintenance fees, vigilant security and the layouts is good. There are only 432 units, and the area is windy. It is one of the more affordable property in the West. Also very near MRT and Jurong Point. Will be a good investment in view of the upcoming Jurong Lake District Development. -

very nice condo, convinience, bus stop, MRT, interchange, mall, school, market, all in one place, best place, reasonable price of condo at 750 sgd psft very cheap can buy. -
