  Windy & Quiet

  I stayed at Blk 10 for more than a year, the house is so windy that I do not need to on the aircon everyday. It is near to Jurong Point, market and food center. The rooms and hall are of good size and the maintenance fees less than SGD200.

  it is a average condo with average facilities.the management and security is poor.the gym is so-so.the air con never worked.the main problem with, especially block 6 has chemical smell.the condo is quiet and ideal for the Asian expats.

  Reasonable

  Summerdale is near Jurong point, PIE and AYE. You can also find reasonable hawker food at the nearby Boon Lay shopping centre. There is a library opposite Jurong point shopping centre. The rooms are of good size, especially the living room. However, do note that since it is near the MRT track, you get to hear a fair bit of it at Summerdale, depending on the block. There is also occasional choc smell from the nearby factory so keeping your place air-conditioned is a good idea. There is a tennis court, swimming pool, underground parking and playground. The entire development is of good size.

  Summerdale

  The cheapest in town maintenance fees, less than SGD200. Less than 8 minutes walk to Jurong Point Shopping Centre and within 5 minutes walk to nearby hawker centre, Boon Lay Shopping Centre, NTUC Fairprice and 24 hour Coffeeshop. The Boon Lay CC does not have much activities in my opinion the Tae-Kwon-Do is good. He started joining since Nov 2007 and now he is aiming to obtain the Red Belt. The master and instructors are very professional and good as comparison to other. School : For those who are planning to send their kids to Rivervalley high, it is just situated opposite Summerdale. As well as within 1km to top school - Rulang Primary School Easy access for those who are driving, within minutes to AYE, PIE and KJE highways. During school holidays, it is convenience and very near if parents will to plan to bring their children for excursion. Such as Jurong Bird Park, Science Centre and Discovery Centre. As for Zoo/Night Safari, via KPE, within minutes of driving to Singapore Zoological.. As well as goat farm, frog farm, nursery and fish farm for SPA... As for the interior and Exterior of the estate, I will rate it as Average.
