  Best condo I visited so far

  Very Family friendly, easy access to highway into town,good nearby schools,good food at fenghan Market, safe environment and it is also near changi airport

  Place to stay with all the convenience, and a

  5 mins walk to 85 Market with famous hawker stall round the clock. 5 mins door-to-door to Anglican High School. Food factory a stone throw(10 mins walk) away to buy freshest food(Fresh noodle, Nonya Kway, Bean Curd, HK Roast, Bread, satay....etc.) that just out of the oven at wholesale price! A place to stay suitable for whole family, quiet as surrounded by landed, side gate to Bedok North and Simpang Bedok, Livable for All Race!!

  Gem Condo in Tanah Merah, Value for Money

  Plus points: - price is reasonable, good size 3 bedroom - Very quiet, like living in a resort, no traffic noise - good landscaping, serene - Hot Spa pool with bubble (for those who like onsen) - Facilities are maintained well (bbq pits, swimming pool, tennis court, and gym with weights, stationary bike and treadmills) - Facilities like function hall, toilets at the swimming pool are maintained well and cleaner compared to other condos - Near Block 85 Hawker Center - Near Simpang Bedok, food is available till very late, Giant at Simpang Bedok is open 24/7 Minus point: - quite a distance from Tanah Merah MRT but walkable, if we are too lazy to walk, there is frequent bus 17 to bedok MRT from the side gate - facility like gym and swimming pool is relatively small but not many users as well

  Enclaved in a quiet neighbourhood, it is the epitome of tranquil living yet it is within walking distance to Tanah Merah MRT Station. It is literally next to the renowned Anglican High School.

  Upside - good size 3 bed room from 1163sf, can go as low as $955,000, downside - it is a relatively long 12 minutes walk to Tanah Merah MRT Station.

  Quiet & peaceful. There are 3 gates which provide access to many amenities (food, groceries & banking), close to many schools, near to airport and walkable distance to train station & bus stops.

  A Hidden Crest at the Top of Fengshan

  After staying for 1 year, family enjoyed the windy & quiet surrounding + warmth neighbors & security guards in the estate. Convenient to buses, MRT, amenities (wet market, bank, etc.), schools, etc.

  Quiet & Convenient

  MRT Station, Market, Schools & Shop Houses are all walking distance. The neighbours and security are a friendly bunch. It is very quiet, safe and peaceful at night too. Windy throughout the year too.
