Amery is located along Lor K and it has abt 70+ units, all 3 bedrooms and above. I think this condo is different from the surrounding apartments due to the landscape etc.
Of course, all these come with a price tag. Some owners are asking near to $1300 per square feet, which may be close to bigger projects like One Amber, Esta and Seaview which have full condo facilities and a higher rental yield.

Gem Indeed
Agree. Very rare to have good size homes such as this in Telok Kurau. Most new condos in the vicinity are just so small! This is accessible via major roads but away from heavy traffic and thus retains serenity of this area. Ideal for expats or local families who want idyllic lifestyle in East Coast area. Quite impressed with the landscaping work done up for this condo as well.

HIDDEN GEM OF EAST
The Amery is a full-sized condominium situated in a quiet part of Telok Kurau Lorong K, accessible via either Still Road or Telok Kurau Road. That also mean the condo residents will have good access to the amenities along east coast road near the still road junction whilst enjoying the peace of Telok Kurau. Other than the usual condo facilities and nice themed gardens, the condo boasts of a basement carpark which is rare for the Telok Kurau apartments. In a sense this is the newest of the very few condominiums (as opposed to mere apartments) in Telok Kurau. The Developer Sim Lian still have a number of good sized duplex penthouse units available, ranging between 2110 sf (4 plus study) to 2379 sf (5 plus study). The rooms are surprisingly large in comparison with the new projects now. Pricing is competitive taking into consideration its brand new condition and the freehold status. After all, leasehold properties in mass market projects are already trading well in excess of $1k psf. I recommend these penthouse units to people looking for a good sized apartment with enough room for a large family of 6 or even 7.
