I will never buy this project as developer shortchanging buyers on the lease. This is a 99year leasehold no doubt but the lease does not start from the time you occupy the condo, it started from the time the land was acquired to build this project and if I am not mistaken, more than 12 years has already been cut off from the lease the time owners occupy the place. 99 year condos with 80 odd years remaining makes the asset depreciate in price faster than usual. I would look for other condos near town that are 999years or freehold to be on the safe side.

The noise
We are finding it very hard to live here as the noise generated from the construction work opposite the condo continues into the early hours of the morning and on Sundays making it a rather uncomfortable place to live. To be avoided in my opinion until work has been completed.
