The Infiniti
Pricing for this project is very reasonable for a freehold project. The side gate is 300m away from NewWest Mall. Another side gate leads the the bus stop at the AYE. Value for money investment -

FREEHOLD
If the unit facing AYE, it will be too noisy and will affect the selling price in furture. So that as long as the unit you bought is not facing AYE, I dare to say that it's really worth it for stay and good for investment in future and also The infinite is freehold and certainly much better than 999 years or 99 years in Singapore. I have been staying this 4 room unit here for almost 4 year and fortunately not facing AYE, I am not worried of the selling price because I am going to settle my housing loan in few years. -

A good choice for investors who wants to tap on tenants who work at the International business Park and industries at Pandan as well as those sending their children to the Japanese School. Currently, will have to compete with the Carabelle, Infiniti and the Monterey Park though -

The noise is bearable on the AYE side. Similar to East coast parkway condos in the east which are much more expensive. The grounds are lovely and the units have a good layout.This condo has the best rental returns in the area. -

noisy
This place is really noisy. So noisy, you can't even hear yourself think. A friend of mine used to live there, and he said that even with the windows and balcony doors closed, you can still hear the noise from AYE. The common areas are even noisier. It is like living next to an airport, the only difference being there is no break from the noise. -

No problems
Been renting here for the past 2 years and have had no major issues. Compared to nearby condos - rents are fair. Units facing the greenery are very nice. Easy access to city and malls with shuttle bus. Really nice people that live here. -

The Infiniti
Freehold ! All new launches now are almost all 99 years. Facilities are good and prices are fair. When sound barriers come to the AYE, at least the swimming pool areas will be somewhat shielded. Paying Botannia prices for essentially same area makes no sense. -

Unsafe due to recent incidents
I have been renting for about 10 months and there were recent incidents which are giving me second thoughts on continuing the lease here. A unit was robbed during the night last month and just yesterday, a girl was nearly raped while walking at the walkway outside the condo around 9 pm. I am beginning to wonder how safe this condo is, even with security guards in place and where are the cameras around the perimeter of the condo. -

opinion
it is too noisy unless close doors. now with the new road coming it is going to be too loud. The home should be a peaceful place when u step in. this noise level more than places near MRT. I wouldn't recommend for any one. -
