  next to highway

  for now, we all know none would buy a house with road noise. so no matter how posh, even freehold, as an investor u get stuck , even to rent out could be tedious as most expats love quiet, it will be perfect people who shut their window with allday aircon on and work near west, other than that i can't think of any pros here

  A lot mentioned that the view is nice for the units facing the greens. In Singapore, a big plot of empty land or forested area is bad news. Once the plot is developed, all the nice view disappears.

  EVEN HEAVEN IS NOT THE PERFECT PLACE FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE 'ILL AT EASE' A FEW ARE HAPPY EVEN WITH DRY BREAD TO THANK GOD! A BALANCED VIEW CAN BE VALUE FOR MONEY! AND U CAN LIVE MOST TIME HAPPY, HEALTHY AND PEACEFUL! THE +S ARE -FREE HOLD -CENTRE TO JURONG AND CITY -NEAR TO JAPANESE SCHOOL/NUS/ONE NORTH -POOL IN FRONT OF EACH TOWER -SIDE GATES TO BSU STOPS -FREE SHITTLE BUS 7 DAYS/WK -S -RD NOISE (IF U WANT TO KEEP YOUR WINDOWS OPEN) err .. whatelse could be minus? let me think!!   Affordable luxurious living

  Those units facing the greenery and Botannia have fantastic views. At night you can see the beautiful lightings from the Pasir Panjang area. Access to public transportation is so much easier compared to Botannia. Shuttle bus is efficient and you can also hop on the free shuttle bus from the nearby West Cost Shopping Mall. Lastly, those units at the top floor especially the penthouses are very breezy and windy almost throughout the year. Not far from the city and you can really enjoy luxurious living at a much affordable price. Potential growth in value.

  Worst condo in the west

  1. Very expensive Monthly fee> 300/month. 2. Very noisy environment. 3. Very inconvenient. 4. Even after TOP for more than 2 years, the lift still cover with plastic protector. 5. The changing room, sauna room is very small.

  Although there is noise from the AYE, agree with the earlier review stating that the noise is pretty low density so it is easy to tune out. Interior finishings are good and 5min condo shuttle bus ride to Clementi central/MRT makes things very convenient. This development is significantly underpriced relative to Carabelle and Hundred Trees which are also next to the AYE.

  The Infiniti

  Units facing the AYE are, lets be honest, noisy. But traffic noise is low density noise and one can tune it out after a while. There are also a lot of luxury projects near major roads but then again noise is immediately forgiven because of location. Units facing greenery are great value for money, freehold, high specification interiors, bright and breezy and a huge "park" to soothe your senses, not to talk about the amazing sunsets you can enjoy from the balconies...

  The units facing the greenery are by far the BEST! The is NO direct sun as the block is on an angle. Nice bright and breezy. The units have the best finishings compared to Botannia and Carabelle which are VERY overpriced!!

  VALUE FOR MONEY??

  I have visited one of the units and have found the location too close to the AYE and as a result, the traffic noise is unbearable despite my short visit to the development. For the units not facing the AYE, you will experience the hot afternoon sun, so either way you are not in a good position. Despite the greenery surrounding it, the heat and noise are too much to take. Not value for money...............
