Amazing luxury condo
Interlace is a dream living destination in Singapore. With its lush greenery inside, exquisite layout and wonderful amenities inside, I would recommend it to people who would want to live in an upscale place yet connected to the city . -

Comfortable Living near town
Cons. Transport network is so so. 2-3 bus stops from 2 MRTs. But as its so central, Grab is cheap to almost anywhere. Very near NUS and Science Park.. Units facing the expressway can be quite noisy. However, many units also faces Hort Park and the sea. Positives: Common Areas. The size of the project means there is scale for comprehensive amenities. There's even a hypermart in the project. Its a self containing environment. Lush vegetation gives the development a feel of an urban botanic. Nice walking trails (Hort Park & Southern Ridges). Interior: Comfortable family size. Great ventilation from wind tunnels designed by the architect. Not the best interior finishing but one can always renovate to their preference. -

The Interlace
Bought a 2BR Unit at Interlace in 2020. The facilities are great coupled with a serene environment with such a huge plot of liveable place within the complex. Overall definitely a great place to live in where it is centrally located in Singapore with easy access to town. -

Excellent place for families
Interlace has a large area for families. Excellent facilities, and spacious units. Compared with the newer developments, Interlace rooms are more sizable. -

Nice design, big spacious rooms
Went viewing and immediately put a deposit for the unit facing the sea, more privacy and unblock. The exterior design will be lasting for years to come and good to stay in a award winning condo. Saw people taking photos outside the condo when I was leaving. Rooms are big enough for two king size bed side by side. Nice kitchen layout with yard and place to do your laundry. Big gym with lots of machine. Mins drive to Vivo and paying much lesser than Keppel area. Nice greenery, jacuzzi, steam bath, and the condo land size is so huge that your can simple jog inside and big area for kids to cycle and scoot around safety within the condo itself. -

One Of A Kind
Seriously hard to find good sized rooms in new condos these days and Interlace is one of the rare ones. The compound space is huge as well and children love coming out to play while adults love taking walks/jogs around. Design is seriously innovative with spaces created and windy with lots of greenery views. Ample parking lots available. Myriad of facilities here quite unbeatable including spa valley/jacuzzi/sauna, giant swimming pool, several BBQ pits, snooker/pool, basketball/tennis courts, movie theater, karaoke rooms, roof gardens..crazy list. Close to major offices like Mapletree Business City, HP Building and several others along Alexandra Road. Not too far off from CBD either. Food wise, walking distance to Alexandra Hawker Centre, Depot Heights and Gillman Barracks and close to malls like ARC, Vivocity, Anchorpoint/Ikea. Nature walks at Hort Park and Southern Ridges also at its doorstep. Downside - nearest MRT Labrador Park is quite a walk but there are regular shuttle buses to Harbourfront to mitigate this. -

Stunning property - great for families
We've stayed in several Singapore condos, and The Interlace was our favorite by far. Pros: - Ideal for nature lovers: It's nestled in a green belt, beside the Hort Park, Mt Faber Park, Henderson Waves, Kent Ridge Park Labrador Park, Gillman Barracks Art Galleries and a lovely colonial bungalow area - Close to CBD and Vivocity, with a fairly regular shuttle bus - Facilities: 1 Km jogging track, about 5-8 swimming pools, karaoke rooms, full size basketball court, 2 theaters, cafe, hair salon, grocery store and bakery (apart from the usual tennis courts, function rooms, gym, etc.) - World famous architecture with a lot of open plazas, courtyards and roof gardens - Lots of fellow kids for children to play with - Large units with relatively big bedrooms, a separate kitchen and maid room, unlike several new 3/4 bedroom condo units which are positively tiny in comparison. Cons: - Gym can get crowded in the peak hours (6:30 - 7:30 on weekdays) - Some units might be in awkward positions (directly facing each other or an office block) - They charge $50 per use of the function room on top of the usual maintenance fee -

Interlace Condo
Units with balcony and w/o roof is definitely not suitable for couple with young kids as there is no way they can fit grill. Price on the high side and Agents advertising with ridiculously high price and was never transacted at all. Some agents advertised, when they do not even have a unit there. Common area very dirty, cleaner not doing a good job. -
