Noisy construction for a few years.
While the loft units are interesting, the current construction going on right next to the building is annoying. Two new condos CYAN (2 towers) and Madison Residences are right next to each other, hence having these two construction going on at the same time will be like a war zone. The debris from the construction also does not help. If you're looking at rental... look elsewhere as construction starts early throughout the whole week and they're just starting so it'll be there for another 2 years. Buying for investment at the moment may not produce good rental yield due to construction. -
