Good Value
Just repainted after the last job 7 years ago. The overall building has been pretty well maintained. The bowling alley has been converted to a gym resulting in a large area and high ceiling. Good mix of occupants here from various background. Neighbours are friendly and the guards are all long timers, and know pretty much every unit. Many different layouts. The ones that face outside has got lots of light coming into the unit. Since this was developed in 2000, the building materials used are good with marble flooring and timber strips for the rooms. Once you polish the floor and grind the timber strips it looks brand new. With some minor renovation, this can turnout into a nice home and all the rooms are spacious enough to accommodate a queen size bed wardrobe and also a study table. -

Old condo with limited maintenance
Ok, so the project is very old, private lift is not advantage its actually pretty annoying, servicing it every month. Management for past three years didn't do much more then just kept posting covid related don't do this don't do that. Swimming pools and all the facilities really needs maintenance which this office management probably find as offensive word. Not to mentiol the location... not really ideal, thanks God for bus as MRT is solid 15min walk away. -

Good suburban condo
Have stayed here for 7 years. The good: near to MRT, PIE near to wet market / Fairprice / whatever shops near to Jurong East's malls/libraries near to Chinese Garden (the park) Relatively quiet Good facilities (good sized pools, children's play pool etc) Good layout (e.g. the 1227 sqft one) The overall project is good sized, so you can walk/jog comfortable within the development Building quality is generally quite good Management is overall responsible & helpful Enough car park lots The bad: The school nearby (Jurong Primary) is not top, but anyway acceptable During some months, there is a burning smell coming from nearby temple There may be noise (singing, music etc from getai & others at nearby HDB blocks & temple) lasting until 10:30pm or even 11pm! -

The Mayfair
one of the few developments with private lift and a bowling alley, The Mayfair is located near the Chinese Garden MRT station, food centre and wet market. Very easy access to both PIE and AYE for those who are driving -

Good layout, but far to MRT
Good rectangular layout for units. But walking distance to MRT. Must cut across to parc oasis. Spacious, good value for family. But didnt like the unit facing esso petrol station. -

Good Value for Money
I found out about Mayfair when I was looking for my first property. Prior to that i had spent more than 6 months looking through almost every single project in the western side of singapore. Interior layout is square-ish with a very efficient and good room arrangement. Facility is above average and condition is very well maintained as compared to many other same age projects. Large number of occupants are expats working in West area, thus the rental value is also on the high side. Location wise is just 1-2 minute drive from PIE exit (jurong town hall exit). I definitely recommend Mayfair for those looking for a mass market condo with a good value for money. -

Lovely place and friendly people
I'm an expat working in the west and I must say that this place is a great place to live. There's a great mix of locals and foreigners which is good for my kids. The development is beautiful, accessible and extremely convenience. I highly recommend this place for people looking for a place to rent in the part of town. SB PS, there's even a bowling alley!!! -

Unpolished Gem
An underrated condo with great investment prospect situated near the heart jurong district where the future Canadian International School, Jurong Lake District and Jurong Gateway will be. Amenities are aplenty with food centre, NTUC xpress, MRT and convenient stores within walking distance and a short drive would bring you to the JCUBE ( the newest shopping centre in 2012), a multistorey library, science Centre, IMM and many more. Seriously, what else can you ask for for a condo with full amenities (which include 2 bowling alley and private lift!) and surrounded with activties that catered for different people with different lifestyles. In short, a happy buyer! -

Privacy , quiet and excellence Amenties
Near MRT. Private lift lobby control from inside. Bowling alley, water play ground. Jurong lake district . Very quiet. Toilet and kitchen needs upgrade else the entire unit is fantastic. Next to Canadian international school. -

Good Investment with Future Development
The Mayfair is good for investment that was stone throw away from future Jurong development. Safe for children to play in the compound that no service access for vehicle. Situated at great public transport link locations such as MRT, buses and easy access to PIE & AYE. Plenty of amenities were surrounded at that condo. Security and management are good that respect to occupier and they are friendly. -
