  An Unpolished Gem Awaiting Recognition

  The Mayfair is like an unpolished gem. It is tucked away at a quiet, modest site which is actually within a stroll from the future Lake District and it is opposite the futuristic Sciece Centre. It's real value will be gradually uncovered with the development of Lake District. It boasts of a wide range of condo facilities with additions like Golf Driving Range and bowling alley, a demonstration of creativity by a reputable developer, KeppelLand. It is of short travelling distance to two world renowned varsities i.e. NUS & NTU. It's a great place to nest in!

  great environment

  Nice environment ,safe for kids as the car park is at the basement with all recreation facilities on the 1st floor.There is 2 bowling alleys and private lift to the unit .Great amenities like market ,supermarket,hawker centre and mrt is just a stone away. Condo is very well maintain too.

  Great Place

  Excellent layouts. Very well maintained condo.walking to the mrt and all amenities close by. Yet the PIE & AYE is also close.

  Good for investment

  Full condo facilities. Location is great with close proximity to MRT and bus interchange, and easy access to PIE and AYE. Jurong East Entertainment Centre and IMM is nearby. Plenty of food choice with hawker centres within walking distance. Security is good, with lift access controlled from inside the condo units.
