RIVERINE BY THE PARK
best location ,only 15 min to central city and just along river with walk path to Marina bay /MBS with beautiful morning view . 10 min to International school. 10 min walk to food court. -

Riverine By The Park
Tall good looking apartment located between Kallang and Lavender MRT Stations. Nice views of the Kallang River and generous size layout mad balconies -

Cosy and peaceful
A nice development located along the Kallang River. The park, which is just at the doorstep is excellent for walks at all times of the day, with many areas of shade and beautiful greenery. Nice to see the dragon boaters and other kayakers on the river too. Close to the MRT and a convenient bus stop just 150m from the entrance. Close to delicious food in Geylang, and a short drive to Bugis Junction, City Square Mall and Kallang Leisure Park. Interior of the apartment is pretty basic but the best part are the double glazed windows! Blocks out the sound of the busy Kallang Road, and somewhat insulates from the heat. Kitchen appliances are excellent and of high quality (Miele brand). Layout of the units are square and no wasted corners or rounded walls. Facilities are adequate for a development of this size, has a beautiful pool overlooking the luscious green Kallang park, BBQ pits, gym and a media room - I don't expect a condo of less than 100 units to have say, a tennis court or a clubhouse. Management could be a bit more competent though, it's a pain dealing with them sometimes. -

URA MAsterplan 2008
The units facing south has a excellent view. I would like to caution potential buyers that according to URA masterplan 2008, a hotel is to be built in front of the condo, blocking the entire view. The hotel is allowed to build high according to the plot ratio. The rest of the surrounding plots will be for residential purposes. -

Awesome View!
Viewed a flat there recently and like the others mentioned here, the view from the units towards Marina Bay is just unbelievable! The main selling point for this property is the view. No other development can come infront so you will always have the view. As for the surroundings, Kallang is of course at the moment not that much developed but once it is developed the potential is there. As for ghosts or being haunted well I guess the foreigners and expats who live there don't care about that! -

Awesome view and comfort living
I disagree that Riverine By The Park is haunted or unsafe for making it a home. In fact I think those who wrote the negative remarks about this place are just hoping for the price to come off and get a good deal!!! The potential of this place is well known by most of the property agents. Wait for another 2-3 years, the price can even break the $2000psf level. For those who have doubt just fix a house viewing appt and you will know what I wrote is true. Also try read up the URA masterplan 2008 and know more on the potential of this place. I have been staying here since T.O.P till now and enjoy it so much. The unblock beautiful scenery of the river and city view will capture your heart. There are many expatriate family living in the apartment and they love this place very much. There are 3 hawker centers within walking distance, 2 supermarkets, mrt, buses, shops, etc all within 10 mins walking time. Lastly no sighting or mentioning of any unknown ghost or haunting ever happen here. Please do not believe all the untrue story or rumor. Ask around from the security guards or people staying here and they can verify this to you. Wishing you good luck and join us as a proud owner of Riverine By The Park soon!!! -

Superb location
Came by to visit a friend and am very impressed by its locality - close proximity to Kallang MRT, easy access to Nicoll Highways and just a short drive to the city. Amenities are basic but its start should mark the first of many more impressive builds over the coming years. The litmus test for this place would be the consistency of residential developments and amenities build-up in this area. Hopefully I can buy a place in this area soon! -

Safety is a concern
I agree safety is a concern. At night there are allot of foreign workers at the park beside the condo. There is also not enough lighting in the area. Parents will be worried about kids. -

Is it safe at night
With the murder beside the condo. I think security is a problem when you need to walk home from the MRT at night. -
