The "Wow" feeling is how I would described it when I first got my key for my unit. The unit came with very nice interior finishing and luxury fitting. Very squarish for all the unit and nice layout too! The view is fantastic on every stack be it you are on a higher or low floor because you certainly got the unblock river and greenery view. If you are on the high floor you are able to have a million dollar view for the entire Marina Bay! Though some may not like the noise near the road but it is fine with me as I certainly enjoy the vicinity for all the amenities and convenience vs the scenery in this project. In a few more years later, I believe the investment in this project will reap a much more positive result as the development on the surrounding are bound to raise its value. The price tag is worth looking at for a second time. -
