Be patient..prices have gone up too hi
The prices will come back with the cooling measures. There is no lack of condo along the stretch of Bukit Timah road with new ones such as Cascadia with a lot of units left plus Floridian plus Jardin plus Nexus plus Maplewoods, Casa Esperanza, Villan Azura etc etc

Prices are not too reasonable
For the larger sized units like 1500 and above, prices have not reached 1200 psf. So, my advice is to negotiate for somewhere below 1150 psf to get reasonable value

The Sterling - good investment
The Sterling holds its own amidst neighbouring condos old and new. It is well maintained, and looks elegant and luxurious, with quality interior and exterior finishings that do not show its age (10 years). It is right next to the future MRT station, so if you are looking for a property that has good investment value, you can't go wrong with The Sterling. It is near international schools and many top local schools. It is within 1 km of the popular Methodist Girls' School and Pei Hwa Presbytarian - again great for families with children and great for rental. Exclusivity, class, and convenience all in one sterling package.

Exclusive condo in prime location
It has a superb location along the prime Bukit Timah area. Next to amenities like Cold Storage, close to food centres, and is a 3-minutes walk from Methodist Girls' School. There is a bus-stop just outside the development which is also located beside the future Blackmore MRT station.
This development has an air of exclusivity. The common areas are well maintained, the landscaping is lush, and the pool area looks like a Monaco resort. Popular with the discerning expatriates.
Each unit has a sensible squarish layout which makes it easy to furnish and utilise the space fully. Full length windows, coupled with high ceiling make the place bright and airy.
Without a doubt, a fantastic choice, whether for own stay or investment.
