  High ceiling

  Few condos have high ceiling with floor to ceiling windows that Trilinq units have. Feels very spacious. The units with the sky gardens are the best as sky gardens are typically only shared amongst 4 units and other residents hardly use that space. Hence it is almost a private sky garden

  Good Location with great amenities

  Great space and amenities. Surprised to see so many pools for a 700 units condo. Walking distance to MRT. Side gate exit 2 mins to Nan Hua Pri. Bus stop right at doorstep to Jem n IMM.

  Ex Resident

  I love the location. It’s walking distance to Clementi Mall and market. The facilities are good and spacious enough for kids to roam around. It’s hardly ever crowded. Loft unit with high ceiling make us claustrophobic. Overall had a pleasant stay if not for move to stay with parents.

  Honest Review by Resident with 7 Years stay i

  Good location for amenities, transport and off course it’s a jem for Nan Hua Primary school Maintenance of facilities are really atrocious, lift could be broken down for 5 months, leaving 2/3 lifts to service a block of residence. Jacuzzi was non existent since after 1 year of staying in, no repair work carried out. Floor tiles were broken around the compound. Do have a look at the sky garden - no repair work done. Common corridors could be condoned off for numerous months due to non existent repair works

  Poor Maintenance of Common Area

  Went for viewing and shock to find the common facilities in a bad shaped. Paints are also peeling off from the building. The interior of 3 bedder has one very small bedroom, I think cannot even fit in a super single bed. It is not so near to mrt and have to walk around 10mins to reach nearest mrt.

  Nice Home

  We have moved in since a year ago. This is really quite a nice place. Walking distance to plenty of facilities like: MRT, supermarkets, all local banks, post office, top schools... (:

  Disapointing

  Large balcony and bomb shelter are a waste of space. Kitchen size is very narrow and small space for WM under the kitchen bench. No power to far side of kitchen. Main BR size is a joke. SO Small. Other 2 bedrooms are just ok. Some of the amenity space could have been utilised better ie less ponds and water features that serve no practical purpose for more space for childrens playground which is way too small. Insufficient space for bikes. Gym is too small. Property managers Im told are slow to react to Tennant suggestions. BBQ area is good. Close proximity to local shopping and wet market. Close to Nan Hua School.The developers definitely wanted to max every inch of space to build as many units as possible and with a little bit of thought and planning could have produced a much better result. By not doing so they have ended up with many units unsold. Disappointing.

  Not Biting

  Going to give this development a missed, walking distance is long 10 mins and not very pleasant to walk, busy roads, noisy, dirty and hot ! I totally agreed with blw reviewed by Mr Home Maker, this development is really cheap quality, rooms are small and really not a good environment to lives in, walked out after first viewing to the showroom.
