Visited my friend's house last week. They just moved in to their 3 bedroom two months ago. Love the environment! They have a super high ceiling of 6m which they built their study room there, so their ground floor become v neat as his computer, working table, printer, fax machine, charging station are all "hiding" in his study room.
Sitting on high floor, the view from the study room is amazing, looking over the sea and can see partial view of Sentosa and MBS.
The common area is huge, windy and they have a lot of greenery. Multiple swimming pools (I basically lost count as there are several swimming pools, lap pools, party pools ..), plenty of BBQ pits, many sky gardens (even though I may prefer they join all the sky garden into ONE garden to make a really impressive view), gathering/ chit-chat areas. The views on Level 24 sky garden are super nice. Unblocked and you can even look over to Malaysia!!
We walk to Clementi for dinner and it's a easy 5 min walk to Clementi Mall. The no. 1 primary school Nan Hua is just right next door!
I feel that there are not many good quality condo in the west area and we initially are not v sure of the standard of a Malaysia public listed developer, even though they have done some amazing job and invested a lot of $$ in the upcoming Central Boulevard area. But Trilinq presents a good investment. In real estate investment it's always about location and location. So here is a good investment opportunity for those who are looking in the west.
MRT, Eateries, Amenities, Good School, Close to NUS, Science Park and Jurong CBD. I think it's a good investment.
We just moved in this July.
Nice location, very convenient for both my husband and I to commute to our office (One North for him & Jurong IBP for me).
Our apartment is very high floor (28th+) with nice sea & reservoir view. Most relaxing part everyday is to have the dinner at the balcony after work (we converted the balcony to dinning area :-)), Splendid sunset.

Good investment. Good stay
Good investment due to good rental return and close to top primary schools and future Jurong East CBD development, and it's near to all amenities you can imagine: westen and eastern eateries, local foods and yes, soya milk for $0.50, banks, supermarks, salons at $3.80 (Yes, only $3.80 for your next hair cut!), very very convenient with a MRT station just a stone throw away, and super close distance to leading schools. Excellent condo facilities which offer a lot of choice sits for quite gatherings, large or small crowds and fastastic views. Great for people working at Science Park or NUS. Super convenient and the price right now is a steal compare to other condos in the same district 5!

Had great potential, but disappointing result
Just TOP, went to view a friend's 3 bedroom unit.
He was one of the 1st few to sign up for early bird discounts.
3+ years down the road today, his unit size and similar floor level is going for cheaper then what he paid.
Since still many units available, He admits he should have waited till TOP when you can actually see the real unit.
Despite being a 3 room, it is only 936 sqft or 87 sqm which is smaller then his current 4 room HDB.
It includes a large bomb shelter, and a decent size balcony, which are honestly to me a waste of space.
The 3 rooms are tiny and cramp, can't even put a king size bed in the master room, and the other 2 rooms are more like study room size, unable to accommodate a queen size bed.
The kitchen is so narrow and tiny that 2 people cant even walk side by side comfortably, and there is no space to even put a fridge. They allocated a spot for the fridge in the living room which looks out of place.
Living room space is too cramp to even put a decent size dining table for 4 adults. Once you put a dining table the entrance to the kitchen is blocked
There is also no yard area for washing machine or drying of clothes.
Fittings are also of poor quality, and not branded. No marble floor, just normal ceramic, and flooring in 3 rooms seems like cheap wood panels, and not real parquet.
The wardrobes quality and design seem like something you buy in IKEA. Translucent plastic sliding doors feel cheap and stiff, and there is hardly enough hanging clothes space for even 1 person in the tiny master wardrobe.
Saving grace would be the decent sized bathrooms, which look nice and modern.
Facilities wise the pool looks great, with a separate lap pool for more serious swim. Small gym for a condo this size. Lots of play area for kids.
Surrounding area is noisy due to AYE. Clementi MRT is 10 min walk away.
Conclusion.Good for rent, bad for own stay. If for own stay, please tear it all down and renovate over.

It's taking forever to complete
The developer is to very forthcoming with updates on completion and while many condos finish before the official top date, this one will not be handed over any earlier.
