  Residents should support our enbloc

  It is really very hard to sell our units because of its larger size and the general conditions of our estates. Hope our residents can support our enbloc attempt.

  A resort condo

  Amazing place to stay in. Just went through major R&R, estate well maintained.

  Uniquely accessible location. Huge 3 Bedders.

  Pros: VERY accessible via MRT. Much closer to Caldecott MRT Interchange than onewould think. Many are fooled by GoogleMaps, which presently doesn't take into account the side gate and overhead bridge over Marymount Road. About an 8 mins' walk to the MRT via that overhead bridge. Via the MRT, you get to Orchard / Holland Village within 10mins train ride. CBD (Maxwell / Shenton Way) within 15 to 17mins. Thomson-EastCoast line is a gamechanger. Short 5min walk to Macritchie Reservoir Park. Large pool, gym, 2 x tennis courts. Facilities are in excellent condition Cons: Considerable amount of construction works nearby until ~2025. Few F&B options within walking distance, at least until further development at Caldecott / Toa Payoh Rise. Maintenance fees are quite substantial.

  Fabulous views of the reservoir.

  Fabulous views of the reservoir. Circular balconies with planters bukit round and outside it makes it feel special with a garden surrounding view, that is if one bothers to place plants in the planter

  Do NOT rent/buy in smaller towers of T800

  We lived for a long time in one of the top floor houses in smaller towers. It was very noisy (traffic noise from road- even at night), the house was moldy (from bad water proofing of condo) and the smoke/pollution from road traffic became too much to handle. If you ever rent/buy, do NOT do it in the smaller towers. Other than this, the condo is good for families with young kids and for nature lovers. Although living near a hospital (mount Alvernia) does not always give a good vibe.

  Beautiful resort living... No condo as good as Thomson 800 in district 11

  永久地契, 11 邮区, 院内空间宽敞,设施齐全,价格适宜. 交通: 距离地铁站 370 米, 周围公交车站也很多, 未来还有新的地铁和高速公路从附近地下通过, 可以说交通毫无问题, 甚至说非常便利. 其他优点: 距离 RI, 未来的 RGS 等名校, 都在步行范围内, 适合有学生的家庭, 距离麦理芝水库, 只隔条马路, 适合运动锻炼,老人散步, 附近有多个养花农场, 修养灵性. 环境安静. 建筑大气. 不足之处: 没有步行可达的商场, 需要到碧山或大巴窑, 希望以后会改善. 总结: 适合有孩子, 有车的家庭. 也适合有老人的家庭. 伙伴们, 来和豹哥作邻居, 哈哈, :)

  mrt is very far

  actual path is much more far from the property guru display; plz check google. Its a place in nowhere. not well maintained facilities. we had to like the property as our kid has got school there. Extremely low yield rental. You have peace and quite in night!

  Thomson 800

  The maintenance of the the bldg looks rather poor with damaged tiles at many palces.Very dark colour. Highway noise. MRT a KM away from Condo if you may time the distance and see for yourself... No immediate daily necessity like a supermkt nearby. One has to go to Toa Payoh or Shun Fu or Bishan. Very inconvenient without a car.

  Current state of T800

  Construction of the highway took away plot of land near the visitor's carpark. Not sure where will they allocate for the visitor's carpark. Also the area near blk 808 will get dusty and noisy with the construction thats coming up. Good for nature lovers and folks who likes it away from build up area Only bad part is the lack of amenities within walking distance. Traveling to work is ok since Caldecott is like 10mins walk away
