  A Decent Condo that needs to fend off Strong

  Urban Vista was amongst the better new developments in the Tanah Merah area, but now faces serious challenges from younger developments. Facilities no longer look as grand as its neighbors, and the leasehold means that it will always face valuation challenges against its younger neighbors as well. Good links to Tanah Merah MRT, but not many other amenities exist around it.

  Convenient Location

  I love the convenience of this condo. From the side gate it is 3min's walk to the MRT station. Good for people living and working in the city, Paya Lebar and Changi Business Park and airport. The facilities are pretty well-maintained which is important. Biggest love for me is the loft which allows me a dedicated work space without having to pay extra for a study room. Quite a lot of food options in Simpang Bedok and Bedok. Great place for expats and couples.

  Quiet and convenient

  I moved in 9 months ago. It is next to MRT, really convenient to get around. Groceries, restaurants and entertainment are easy as East Point, Bedok and Changi Business Park are just 1 MRT stop away. It's not busy or as noisy as living at Bedok Mall but the convenient is still there.

  Excellent transport links and great facilitie

  Easy travelling to Changi Airport and the city due to the MRT in front. I love the 2 swimming pools and tennis courts.

  Quiet and convenient condo

  The location is the best. 1 min walk to MRT. Beautiful condo with 2 pools, including an infinity pool. Quiet and peaceful.

  Lovely Condominium

  Location is superb, 3 mins walk to MRT. Low maintenance fees, 2 swimming pools. It is very clean and well maintained, no pests, no cockroaches. A Shopping Mall will be next to it soon. Good investment

  Extremely Rude Security Guards

  The condo security is the worst. Every food or grocery delivery causes residents headache as they can't enter. Rudest security. Never rent or buy here, it has extremely bad reputation.

  4 minutes walk to Tanah Merah MRT station and

  4 minutes walk to Tanah Merah MRT station and with the smaller unit sizes and thus lower pricequantum for individual units for a relatively new condo

  Location stands as a advantage to this place. Near MRT and now jewel theres direct train service. Management had change and had turn alot better. High ceilings and two great pools

  The condo had changed management and had been doing a great job. Location is still the greatest features. Apart from that the height of the ceiling is very tall giving more breathing spaces
