  Nice and modern condominium

  Condominium interior is fair. Slightly small, Security guards was changed recently and things went better. More people are here to stay. Peace and quiet at night except the trains moving.

  City and Modern Feeling

  The location is execllent. One stop to Bedok or Changi Expo. Place is very clean. The pool is always in execllent condition. The mgmt accept comments and made changes to the resisdents.

  The board members are very rigid and restrict

  The board members will go around the condo facilities finding faults with the residents and penalising them. Very rigid and restrictive. There are much better condos nearby. Don’t stay here.

  Board members are very rigid and restrictive.

  The management has no say. The board members are very rigid and restrictive. They will go around the condo facilities finding faults with the residents and penalising them. There are better condos.

  Useless

  Unless the board members are changed, living in Urban Vista is worse than living in boarding house. The Board members tried to imply many rules that do not make sense.

  Quality issues.

  UV changed security guards co. 3 x in the last 2 years. Bad quality devl by fragrance. The mgt staff are rude and the board are useless - more worry about ppl not coming into the condo then safety.

  2 min walk from MRT!

  Great location - just 2 min walk from Tanah Merah MRT! Very convenient travelling to/from Changi Airport. Two beautiful swimming pools (lvl 1 and 4) and nice gym right next to the pool. Looking forward to new shopping mall right beside condo by 2020!

  Noisy, Rude Office staff, bad finishings

  The condo has barely been around for a year and the state of finishings are appalling. The management, located in the vicinity are often rude and utterly clueless. If you're facing the road, even at the highest floor, will be noisy - with road works, MRT and MRT works that go on from 1am. The view of the East Coast that residents enjoy will soon be marred by another condo project.

  Nice Development

  Good location with MRT and bus stop in 100 meters. Great facilities, aesthetic appearance and nice pool. Although unit is small, it's more affordable if budget is limited.

  Good for investment

  - beside mrt - near to Changi business park - near to airport - near to amenities/ famous eating places - future development on the plot of land beside Cons: - many condos near by thus higher competition - may have noise pollution if facing mrt tracks
