cozy place, it is suitable for renting, and there are many places to eat around, so it is convenient for people who do not cook. +4 supermarkets and the eear est supermarket is open 24 hours. There is aso a mini supermarket at the gas station at the entrance, which is really convenient for buying some things on the spur of the moment. Near MRT and nice view, like on vacation, feel very relaxed when I get home from get off work. -

Quiet and peaceful
Compared Woodhaven and my current unit, Woodhaven is much better in terms of facilites, management and built quality. Advise to new buyers, purchase from renowned developer instead of China developer. -

Great Development
Love at first sight. It is priced slightly higher for a good reason. A very lovely and private development. Finishing and quality of the development is one of the better ones in the market. Definitely a much better project as compared to surrounding developments. Very quiet and tranquil, considering woodlands central is just within 10 minutes walk. -

Away-from-city living. Tranquility & Peace
Having stayed here for the past 4 months, i think i'm in a better position to give a review than others who haven't even stepped in and denounced Woodhaven and its management. Woodhaven pride itself as a place for a get-away-from-city-life living, suitable for families and expatriates. The facade of Woodhaven stands out prominently from the surrounding projects. Because of its low rise development, there is sense of tranquil and peace. A walk around Woodhaven is like a walk in the park, with the plants and trees well maintained. The cleaners are dedicated to their job to upkeep this property. In terms of accessibility, the bus service from Woodlands MRT stops just outside Woodhaven, else it would only be a 10 to 15 mins walk. On top of this, the management is providing free shuttle bus service to and fro the MRT at specific timings at least for this two years depending on the demand. If you work in the city, there is a premium bus service which brings you direct to the city which comes at 7.55am. The nearest supermarket is NTUC finest which is a few minutes walk away, else there is a 24hours convenience shop at Esso petrol kiosk just outside Woodhaven if you to buy eggs, milk or bread urgently. In terms of facilities, the gym is adequately-equipped, many play pools for children and also a 50m lap pool, the function room and dining pavilion can be booked at no costs, which they could be popular during weekends and have to be booked a few weeks ahead. The management takes prompt action, follows up and gives out circulars when there is any feedback from the residents. Since TOP, there are many new faces here. People are slowly trickling in, attracted to the charm of this property. If you don't mind the distance to the city, then this is an affordable quality living away from the city at half the cost of what many people would pay living in the city centre. -
