GOV warn about buying small/soho units
WOODHAVEN condo, really over price. yet our government have warn us about buying SMALL/SOHO units in sub-urban area.there will have expats here at woodland to rent your SOHO/Shoebox units .want to buy/invest in SOHO/Shoebox units should get one near CITY.

woodhaven price too high
1 bedroom unit at about $650k.
2 bedroom unit at about $ 900k.
this price at woodland.??
selling point near american school??
American wont like to stay in tiny condos, they will always stay in big bungalow with big gardens..just look around at the others condos around this area , no americans renting ,only afew china ppl.. trust me my friend stay at the condo just opposite theirs for the last 5 yrs..fro this price you can get freehold unit at district 15/14.. just go to search you will get 10 pages of freehold units selling at their price..
