1) Hi, I have a 4 bed room apartment, located at block 306 Jurong East street 32, it is situated on the tenth floor, its a corner unit with unblocked view. I am planning to sell this unit. What is the current selling price for my unit? At the moment the block is undergoing lift upgarding programe.

2) I am also planning to buy a bigger unit after selling my current apartment, however I am not employed in Singapore and I do not contribute to CPF. Can I still get a loan from the local banks because as I undersatnd, I am not entittled to get a HDB home loan. Please advise, thank you.

Hi Rizal,

The latest transacted prices from HDB website shows that a 4bedroom unit next block, blk 305 located on floor 6 to 10, 121 square metre, just went for $413k. This could be a good indication of how much you can sell for. However, the price that you can sell for would really depends on the valuation made by banks and valuers.

As for your question on loan, I suggest speaking to a bank mortgage specialist, they would be the best people to turn to. Let me know if you need one.

Dear Rizal,

I believe i have the answers to your concerns.

We have just sold a unit in 4rm flat in Blk319 and still has a list of buyers for your unit!!
Valuation is expected to be around $350-$360k.
Selling price can be of range $420-$430k!!

With regards to your loan, i have just helped a buyer who has no supporting income docs/cpf contribution for the past 8years to get a bank loan.
